I totally relate! The nighttime homestead chores are the hardest! Love your freeze dryer. We don’t have one yet. About the vacuum sealer…I wouldn’t personally worry about buying another gadget. I would just get some O2 absorbers and call it a day. 😊

We really love our freeze dryer! I did end up buying the vacuum sealer in the video. We had some freeze dried onions in a jar and some pantry moths wiggled their way in and ruined several jars. I did not have an oxygen absorber, so maybe that would have kill them 🤷🏻‍♀️
