It was originally on PlayStation, but this remake has been released on the Nintendo Switch 😊

@@obadijahparks While it was originally a PS1 (Star Ocean Second Story) game it was ported over to the PSP (Star Ocean Second Evolution) as a remaster where it got some minor cosmetic, battle and gameplay 'upgrades' along with new voice acting. It was recently re-released as a remake that overhauled a large potion of the game, dropped all of the prerendered backgrounds, streamlined crafting, and added QOL changes while keeping the original sprite assets look giving them a '2.5D' appearance. Star Ocean Second Story R is on PS5, PC and Switch and is still quite a bit of fun.
