when I was 4 or 5 or 6 I quit gymnastics, and I quit cheer like 1 or 2 years ago I'm 11 I got into horse riding *but I kinda regret quitting gymnastics and cheer*
I love gymnastics I just need a couple tips on how to do the aerial because with the problem I have is my legs aren’t getting straight enough and when I do The stretching my leg doesn’t stay down
It’s WAYYY easier if you have your splits first, if you don’t have your splits I would try to get them before doing an aerial, it helps because then your leg doesn’t hurt ( this probably made no since lol )
Thank you I watch the videos and I work very hard and I do my splits very good it’s just I can’t get my legs very straight when I go up into it and even when I try with a mattress I feel like I’m gonna break my head if I fall but thank you

My friend recently sprained some of her toes and was in a boot because she landed weirdly in a back tuck... And I recently was doing a round-off back handspring back tuck into the foam pit at our gym and I gave up in the back tuck... I kneed myself in the face and I was banged up pretty good for about a week... 3 bruises and some redness... needless to say I was in a LOT of pain that night... and I got a mental block for round-off back handspring back tucks. :D
Have a challenge for your fans to try (like a certain gymnastics skill) that you can make a compilation video of. Or an ABC gymnastics challenge with a different fan doing every letter.

They made a video on who to do an Ariel you should check it out. It helped me get my Ariel
