I came back for a second go of this wonderful flow, Marine, and happily I can say I feel I made progress even if I still have a ways to go before executing a full front split - on my right side, I use a block on medium height to place under my hip to maintain the pose for the minute but on the left side I have to place it on its highest level. Little by little, I have faith ❤ - thank you so much for your guidance 🙏 - the routine really does open up our hips 😊

This flow and your gentle guidance gave me hope that I can work slowly towards more flexibility - even though I'm still not at the point of executing the front split, I was able to get to my edge using the blocks and sustain that position without discomfort. Little by little 😊 - I really appreciate your flows in English ❤
Guys can some one who has experienced tell me how long does it take to do splits for one who's not been stretching for decades? It's my 10th day and still no difference.
Love having these in English, the flow feels so good. Would love a challenge series in English too! :)
