I love the this man. You can tell by the way he speaks about food that this is his passion, and by the way he fondles the ingredients 😂. I have cooked in many kitchens and can attest to the absolute master classes he gives away for free on UA-cam. Plus the way he says friends and onions, how could you not love this man? I wish I still lived in FL, I'd kill to buy you a drink. Keep on being one of the best parts of many people's day, including mine!

Chef you have increased my cooking skills no end over this last year of discovering you.
I’m recovering from a serious bike accident and at home feeling helpless whilst my Mrs works and the kids are at school…. We eat organic fruit and veg and locally produced meat. I make all my own sauces, Nothing store bought. Everything made from scratch…. And now my cooking is on another level, my family love everything I make !!!!!
The confidence you give, the repetition, it’s excellent teaching….

Hi Chef. I have owned a wine bar for the past 6 years, and things have been very difficult for various reasons. I have been at a crossroads on what to do because I have slowly been losing my enthusiasm in the kitchen, and even at home, I don't cook for my family like I used to. I came up in the industry as a bartender, but I always loved cooking for my friends and family. I came across one of your videos the other day, and I have left with 1 valuable lesson. To cook like I did before I was paid to do it. There are many ways to do 1 thing, and they can all be correct and delicious and done by YOU! And if you trust yourself and put some love into it, people will notice.

Then JP mixes it up with the different surprises of things that make cooking fun. And butter makes it all better. I love ❤ this chef and I love the smell of sautéed garlic. The aroma becomes aromatherapy in the house and gives everyone in the house a beautiful awakening to life , liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I believe when James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay were writing the constitution of the United States, I believe one of their cooks were fixing up something that had garlic in it. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😊

My cooking used to be barely mediocre at best, until I started taking the professional instructions with maillard reaction, using better ingredients, tasting more often and patience. Thanks Jean Pierre!👍

this is a sublime recipe dear Chef, made with huge enthousiasm again today, lots of humour, that makes all even more yummy. I will make it following your recommendations. Did you already think about a gathering in Le Thoronet for the european fans? A typical provencal menu with your best loved dishes, a wine from your selection. There will be an enormous amount of "intéressés".In fact, talking wine: why would you not at the end of each cooking session, have a glass and recommend us your choice?Would be even more convivial. Thanks again for your radiant dynamism that makes our days

50% of your viewers are actually subscribed?! Most UA-camrs only have 10% of their viewers being subscribed right? That's how you know this channel actually has quality content.

I do love your energy and I did notice you keep the hands close to your chest when talking, like a T-Rex. 😄 Make me think if you learn to do that by keeping the hands out of the stove. 😄
It's amazing how much knowledge you have and I'm glad that you document all that in those videos, I learned so many concepts that even helped me in creating other similar dishes.
    Mercy. ✌🙏

When my son was a little boy, he liked to watch "The Elephant Show" on TV with Sharon, Lois, and Bram. They performed many songs, one of which was "TRIPLE GARLIC CHOWDER". Well, here it is in real life!!!
