I like replacing the pinion with a 12T. Really gave the stock Mach 21.5K motor a boost. Fun cars to drive, and they are my fastest on Griffin's Run Carrera track.

I like the 25k Pirhana because it comes off the corner harder, but whatever works for you.

How do you determine where to add weight? Is there a balance you are trying to attain?

There is no easy answer. It's testing and tuning on an each track.
