Carburetor vs Fuel injection - Is Fortnine right?...

As some of you know, I am a big fan of Fortnine channel, and his host, Ryan "F9", and inspired by his latest video, where he talks about carburators and fuel injection, I decided to make my own!
He also says a few things that aren´t wrong, but that I see from a different angle, so I will piggy back on the topic and add my 2 cents.
Carburetors vs fuel injection , lets go!
Which one is better? Can you live with either? Are there any noticeable differences?
