The doubt and the “wall I can’t get behind” are still obstructing thoughts. However that experience is definitely clarifying. When you are sitting quietly see if you can find what I mean in the experience.
Attention just IS... Awareness and Being; Presence and Perceiving are one rising. It doesn't seem to arise _from_ a place, or from here to there. It's immediate. Alway on. You can't get it, or try to see. It is obviously already here. All ideas about what this is... What does it mean... Is a movement of the mind. All meanings/descriptions/experiences are a movement of the mind. The seen is already it. Without any reference point, there is no localized self/me to perceive something seemingly "out there". The idea that this is so... is a thought. A single thought separates seen/seer; perceiver/perceived. Life just is. Everything is light and illuminated for a nanosecond, it shone. In my example of this exercise (direct experience)... Awareness IS life itself... Only a thought creates distance. Only a thought creates the experience/Knowing. Without all these mental processes, the sense of me was indistinguishable from the object (table) I was focusing on, for this exercise. I sat for a while in unattached awareness of sensation and relaxed all need to: identify/label all the sensations ... It's _ALL_ sensation, being... what is doing the perceiving 👁️ Then I had some ideas...which started engaging my mind and I snapped out of it! 😂😁 P. S. sorry for the essay. I got a lot of thoughts 💥to ponder 💭💭💭🤣💛 Have a lovely evening & take good care x 💫
@Nat Wonderful Nat😊 Nothing is known about perception here.....it's like coming and going, by itself, always that......thoughts too.....and nobody does it...at least it isn't known🙃 Wish you the best too💛
@@nat998 I love your question, “What is doing the perceiving?” The perceived, perceiving, and perceiver are all one. What is prior to them? What is prior to consciousness and awareness?
So the reality is like an ideal sexual partner, and relying on thoughts is like watching porn the whole time. Then, enlightenment would be a real intercourse. It won't help seeing other people doing it. It would be kind of weird asking someone else to do it for you. Being too romantic or too pragmatic about it also will not be the best path; studying biology or reading about it may help a bit. But at the end, practice is most important, and kind of preparation and openness for the other person to be attracted to you when ready. [*joke*]

It feels like I hit the end of moving backwards and where I sort of encounter a wall I can't go behind. There's also an accompanying sensation that draws my attention in the vertical area in the middle of my chest, its not very clear, but its almost a physical sensation [I'll need to investigate if this is tension].
The process of going through the thoughts feels pointless because it leads me here most times. The doubt that I am not doing it correctly disturbs whatever process this is. Am I on the correct path and if not whats are the pointer thet might help?
Sorry this comment isn't about the current video. I did post it here so I could get your attention easier🙏.
The doubt and the “wall I can’t get behind” are still obstructing thoughts. However that experience is definitely clarifying. When you are sitting quietly see if you can find what I mean in the experience.
@@SimplyAlwaysAwake you actually did reply🙂🙂🙏🙏. I will definitely keep my attention on this. Thank you for pointing this out.
What is aware of the wall I can’t get behind…

Nobody knows what it's like.......🎶 behind blue eyes 👀
great song
Awesome.
There is only that, unnamed......is.....even the thought as naming....is.....naming, doesn't matter.....just that
Attention just IS...
It's _ALL_ sensation, being... what is doing the perceiving 👁️
Then I had some ideas...which started engaging my mind and I snapped out of it! 😂😁
P. S. sorry for the essay. I got a lot of thoughts 💥to ponder 💭💭💭🤣💛
Have a lovely evening & take good care x 💫
@Nat
Wonderful Nat😊
Nothing is known about perception here.....it's like coming and going, by itself, always that......thoughts too.....and nobody does it...at least it isn't known🙃
Wish you the best too💛
@@birgit8996Absolutely 😁, I see what you are saying! Thank you, always, Birgit!🌹Keep well! 💛
Hello Birgit and Nat. Indeed… just That.

[*joke*]
