What if this is Satanism in its final form?

  • Why make this video?
    Because I believe that this sort of teaching is going on in a lot more churches than many of us realize. Having the video out there may reach someone and deliver them from this movement. In addition, it helps to examine extreme examples of the most progressive teaching out there so that viewers can develop the ability to start recognizing that sort of teaching when it appears in more subtle forms. I don't make this video primarily for Jermell or his church, even though I hope it helps them. I have a much wider audience and impact in mind.
    Please do not harass Common Good church or Jernell. If you must reach out to them (I am not trying to instigate a ton of people doing so) you need to have the wisdom, fortitude, and grace to to do so as an ambassador of truth.
    Thank you to Woke Preacher Clips for exposing this kind of false teaching. x.com/wokepreachertv?s=21&t=s...

      What’s weird about it??? In order for each relationship to exits something has to be mutual!!!! He does love you? He does want the best for us right? You’re basically saying GOD can’t possibly be happy and rejoice that his children love him enough to want to do better. Stop thinking so small minded and pessimistic. Not everything has to be evil in this world. Are you getting up everyday and preaching to people? Do you care enough to own a church to help guide people? If the message isn’t for you simply exit. Over the next few years I went through the motions but slowly started feeling moved. I started going more and more. I started attending Bible study on a weekly basis. I watched this from beginning to end. This was so informative and you did a great job of revealing the lies of the enemy. You did this with so much grace and took time to break down Jerrnell's perspective rather than just declaring it all lies (even though it is).
    I'm just starting to learn about progressive "theology" because the other day I had someone approach me and ask me if I know about the "mother god". I had a discussion with them and backed up all my statements with scripture. I noticed that every time they made a statement, they would say things like "In my opinion, this scripture means..." instead of just stating what the scripture is actually saying. Everything they were saying was a misinterpretation of scripture. But we must understand how they are misinterpreting the scripture, so we know how to correct them when they misinterpret the scripture. That's why I appreciate your video so much, I learned a lot!
    God is coming back very soon. His time is not our time, he sees and knows our end. I just pray that everyone can give their life to God before it is too late.

      I agree. I have yet to find one that doesn't do that at some point or another. All words should be your own thoughts out of your own will to speak. Even if someone has decided to become a Christian. You can teach and explain to them what is required. But, it should end there, and the person should speak and say whatever comes from their own heart. Then, they should be encouraged to read the bible cover to cover and study to find their own language and understanding. Leading people to say another person's words is dangerous, in my opinion.

    Hey Mike, question, I recently was asked about substitutes for swears, (oh my gosh, shoot, crap, darn, etc.) because I often use them. Someone asked me, is it legalistic to use those words, in the same sense and context and meaning as their swear counterparts.
    I was unsure how to answer this but I figured that it might be somewhat hypocritical, at the very least controversial, and as I have been watching you over the years, I noticed you say them at times as well.
    Is this a a legalistic loophole? Or am I just wayyyyy overthinking this, haha.
    Love your channel and all the great insight you’ve given me and people, may God bless you and give you wisdom.

      If I could answer, I'd say it might be "somewhat hypocritical", but it's better than the actual swear words.
      And I don't think those are swear words necessarily anyway.
      Also consider that what makes a swear word a swear word ultimately is how people understand and receive said words after all.

      It’s one thing to recognize how mind-blowing merciful and good God is in that He desires for His life to be in us. I think to Saint Athanasius’ (often misunderstood) quote of “For the Son of God became man so that we might become God”. However, ‘become’ can better be understood as _like_ God or to participate in God’s Divine Life. That’s what Christ calls us to.
      In a way, I get it. I think if people understood the immensity of that gift, myself included, they would treat themselves truly as temples of the Holy Spirit. How wonderful God has made us.
      But that’s a very fine line to walk. At what point do we go from immense gratitude (worship of God) to delusional self-importance (worship of self) like we are the source of any of it?

    • @Crikey420
      @Crikey420 Місяць тому

      @@mutestingrayJesus Christ did make it possible for us to become like God. Joint-heirs with Christ and all the blessings of heaven for those that love God. The scriptures are crystal clear about this. I do believe in God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ who want us to become like them. Only Satan thinks in terms of self worship and power. Through Jesus Christ we can have Eternal Life, which is the life our Father in heaven lives. What father does not want their children to mature and succeed and reach their full potential? Such is the love of the Father that he has made this possible through our Saviour Jesus Christ. This is our destiny as children of our Heavenly Father. John 20:17 “… I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”

      @@Crikey420 you are speaking like the people formerly known as Mormons. They strive to be exalted to Godhood themselves. Their God was once a man like us and became a God like His God before Him. The charge that we should be "like" God in scripture is not the like of becoming the same as God in the nature of His divinity but being like Him (perfect) in His morality and loving character. Matthew 5:48 We can't accomplish that but it should be the goal.

    Satanism is not the direct worship of satan... Satanism is the exaltation and worship of SELF.
    If anyone is struggling to understand WHY the vast majority of these woke ideals are actually evil at their core (though many have a thin candy-coated shell presenting as 'virtuous')-- Congratulations cuz you are in the right place! This video is a master class on precisely why these ideals are evil at their core.
    Self-exaltation is the sin of pride for which lucifer was cast out of heaven.
    I have often wondered what he could have said to those other angels to convince them to follow him, to fall... (and since we are in the space of what-if's...🤭) I wonder if, perhaps, it sounded quite similar to this man's message of self worship?

      What if the One True God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob has hardened that "pastor's" heart like Pharaoh? No prayer works if the person already made up their decision to grieve the Holy Spirit. Even Jesus couldn't do any miracles in His own hometown because of their rejection of Him (Mark 6:4-13). When God has decreed to judge a person, a nation, a civilization, then it is final. We can only ask for mercy & we know that we don't even deserve that.

      @JeffreyMyersII Місяць тому +1

      @@leonaj.5835 I get the sentiment, but Jesus said there's only one unforgivable sin: blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which is ascribing evil to Him.
      We don't know if this "pastor" has been judicially hardened. Only God knows that. Think of it this way. If the man actually repents and comes to actually know God, think of the testimony and the people God can reach through him with that testimony and right Biblical doctrine on top of it.
      I think we should pray, even if it looks like he's too far gone.

    There is something profoundly unsettling about believing that God worships me and then to also include that I myself am a god or are God. We’ve known for a long time that Satan has infiltrated and twisted the church, and now we are listening to the very same ideology that led to his fall. These are the very same things Lucifer believed before God cast him out.
    God does see me. He does care. If he did not I would never have found my way into his accepting embrace. The most horrible thing is spending your days believing you are not worth love, that everything you do is just failure. Then to pile sin and shame on top of it? How does one reconcile with themself? God was the only one who made sense. The message of love, hope, and redemption kept me around. Did it keep depression away? Did it keep sorrow from my heart? No, but I took to trusting God that these things, this suffering in life, was Him molding me into the person He wants me to be to serve Him and those around me. Why should I be worshiped when it was God who brought me to light?
