Had my crusher at 10-15% on most songs. The headset is bit heavy and somewhat uncomfortable so I returned them. If only M4 had more volume….
Hello, I wanted to get these for the great battery life and of course the crusher bass. A little disappointed on the ANC performance but would you say it is good enough when paired with music? I want to get these to use for school and the sometimes noisy classes.
I just picked up a pair today from Best Buy and was really disappointed to see a soft travel case inside, not a hard shell case. I'm not sure at what point they stopped including the case but for $229, I'm pissed. Every review ive seen shows a hard case, not a soft travel bag.
Am glad you like these. Personally I was befuddled when i got them. To put it into perspective i literally gave away my Sony XB950. They suddenly felt so bland
btw I’d suggest you test of likely the top headphones: Technics A800! These beat my fav M4 by providing that lack of volume M4 has while keeping perfect premium sound quality
Ordered my anc 2 and they arrived the other day. I've had the whole "crusher" line since 2018. The wireless crushers were good, but had a "fake bass" feel but shook your head! The skullcandy crusher evos I absolutely loved and owned for 2 years. They were a tad better in the mids and highs with a more "premium" bass feel from the previous version again would shake your head but something you could use for longer listening and had more "finesse". Now. There is alot of comments online saying the anc'2 are trash or not as good as the previous line. Initially out the box, they sounded like crap and I nearly returned them. These are more intuitive and take a little longer to get them set right. It's not an out the box, set the bass slider and hit the gym! These anc 2s go.... loud! Louder than the previous versions and you are able to distort them. I also noticed, when the anc is turned on and have the crusher set too high it behaves very weird and sounds like very poor bass, this is why alot of people say why they sound like crap when pushed. I'm not an engineer but I think it might have something to do with the anc trying to cancel out the vibration of the crusher drivers. With the anc turned off, they wack as hard as the previous gen and have identical drivers to the evo's. The anc 2s are by far the most intuitive and best sounding headphones skullcandy has made yet once dialed in! It takes time to get them dialed in to your taste. Another thing to note, I found that choosing personal sound, then adding eq, then adding crusher made the sound very artificial. I'd recommend use the eq or personal sound, don't use both for the most natural sound, these should be a set or forget. But turn up/down the crusher to taste depending on the genre and mood. I have personal sound off, made my own eq and have the crushers to taste and they sound absolutely fantastic! Just a word of warning, with adaptive sound and using eq at the same time these things go loud! Very loud and you are able to distort them that you couldn't really do on the previous gens. I run about 70% volume on these if listening for a few hours, my evos would be maxed out. Hope this helps.
That’s exactly my list of top head phones this passed month haven’t tried any but my eyes are on the tozo for price ,sound and functionality but like I said I haven’t personally used it
Garbage headphones. Go for the older version, actually the first wireless., I still have mine. Purchased these new version, and not only, but many people have had problems. Not charging, not turning on. ?Seriously stay away and get at the most the EVO version.
Got the anc 2 a while back, no problems at all but I still Prefer the Evos when it comes to the Bass. A lot more Powerful than the ANC2. Was a little Disappointed cause I heard the Anc2 was supposed to be more powerful.

They definitely get hella loud. And I love the bass. But I will have to test their overall sound with against the others.

IMO, they are really good when paired with music. You should get really good ANC with that combination.

I’ve got the original wired crusher and the crusher anc. The crusher anc are incredible sounding but the anc is lacking.

I haven't tried the Crusher Evo. But based on the sound and bass from the Crusher ANC 2, I would go with them.
