    Very interesting
    Will add Inversion/Eversion for my Online Class Participants tomorrow.
    Loved the connection between short foot and the core - yep really felt it.
    I knew about the Kinetic Chain but this really helped.
    I always encourage my clients train barefoot and will add short foot to my warm ups.
    My own strength & conditioning coach tells me to grip the ground at the bottom when doing my zucher squats
    Love the concept of short foot linked to the external rotation capability of the super strong glute trio.
    Most people also need to learn to spread there toes as we do when doing a high plank- spread those fingers
    I could go on..
    But thanks for helping me add another layer to my teaching, from the ground up.
    I will look at Nabaso mats for me and maybe my clients. Do you have a UK Distributor?
