  • This is a start and drive video of three cars that I used to own.
    The first one was a 1987 Plymouth Reliant, the second was a 1986 Chrysler LeBaron Turbo, and the 3rd was a 1988 Chrysler New Yorker Landau. Sold these all years ago; wish I could have kept them.

    So many memories. I’ve owned more K cars then I can remember, the t belts would break or the head gaskets would blow and I would get them for next to nothing back in the 90’s. Got to where I could do a timing belt on a 2.2 or 2.5 in 20 minutes. Funny how they used to be everywhere, but in a decade or two they’ve become rare to see. Nice to see someone who appreciates these cars.

    This is a great reminder of how high and broad the hood looked. They all floated like that...and buzzed like that when new. The float was to make it feel like a boat from the 70's.

    You really are lucky to have all these k cars! I wish I could just find a single one in good running and driving condition!

    We have a 1986 Chrysler LeBaron in our garage it's a convertible it's black with a saddle colored interior we bought it from the original owners about 22 years ago and just love the car the reactions we get at cruise nights are just too funny

    Great reliable cars! I currently drive an 07 town and country and have 140k on it and only have had to fix minor stuff. Love Chrysler and dodge they have never failed me. Back in the day I had a 1990 acclaim, loved that car. Great videos! 👍🏼

      Ah, the town & country. The least-sexy car in the universe, & the vehicle of my childhood.

    My grandmother had an 85 Dodge Aries same color! She traded for an 89 Pontiac 6000 LE which I've had since her passing in 2003. The Pontiac still only has 80,000 miles.

      @LAEXMA  5 років тому +1

      Shea Mileto I got that one in the Summer of ‘14 to replace the ‘90 that was wrecked. It ended up having a lot of issues, and I traded it to a guy for the ‘90 Turbo Dodge Spirit sometime in early ‘15 I think.

      Well I searched everywhere but I didn’t find anything really from when I first got them, and nothing really of the 94 Voyager. I’ll keep searching, I’m sure something will turn up eventually.
