love those little early 80's chrysler cars, getting harder to find in nice shape, thanks for sharing
I recently purchased a 1986 Burgundy LeBaron with 64,000 original miles on it at an auto auction.
Cloth interior, non power windows and doors.
Minimal rust around wheel wells, but overall, it's in great shape and running condition.
no, it sold shortly after the posting of the video for $5995 to a buyer back east that wanted it along side his Convertible
not everyone's cup of tea but I love this car!
My first car was a 1987 LeBaron, grey inside and out with the turbo. I purchased it at the end of 1996 for $4500 from the original owner (a grandma on the other side of town that only took it to church and the grocery store). It had about 20, 000 miles on it. I adored my little "pilgrim hat" (that was what it looked like from the side). It was a very peppy car. My next several cars....a 1999 Jetta, 2000 Beetle, 2001 Chevrolet Tracker...were all MUCH slower off the line. Wish I still had that LeBaron.
This is a beautiful car. My grandfather used to have a 1986 Chrysler LeBaron turbo, just like this one. His was silver with a blue cloth interior. He bought it used in 1998 for like $3,000 or something and had it until 2004. I remember it was very nice.
I have owned several K car and their variants and they were cheap to fix and maintain.
I love it. All hail the K car!
I tell you if I had the money I buy it,I love these K cars, they are so easy to repair and cheap to run.I hope who ever gets that car they treat it good,in Worcester Ma they use to run them as cabs and get very high milage out of them, that car is a peach
thanks for showcasing the car
Believe it or not right now I know a woman selling an 86 Lebarron convertible with 43,000 K miles on it. In the same shape as this car here, has the Turbo as well. White with white top.
My step mom had that but in burgundy...it was a lemon and I stayed on top of Chrysler. They bought it back, then my dad bought it from them for a dollar and kept it.
I like it I have two it’s all how you take care of it
Does anybody know what's the mileage on it?
damn now I want a Lebaron
I love the style of these chryler 80s products todays stuff is junk....
Cool old car. Would prefer whitewall tires though, which it had new
wait is this still active?
My first car , powder blue . 55K on the ODO , trying to get it off
White walls! Has to have white walls.
Never thought I would say it either, but it sure does...
Yeah it came
with whitewalls it goes with those locking wheel covers. A lot of whitewall equipped cars ended up like that lol lol
Jon voight called..he wants his car back
I own me a 1994 Chrysler LeBaron🥰
Id take that before any of the other ones...
I just bought one with 5300 miles on it for 200 dollars
I love it
i got one new top paint job work 5500 love my car its a convert
Missing a center cap for the wire wheel covers. too bad. mint car.
Yeah they tended to fall off with age or get lost lol lol..
These cars weren't too bad with the Turbo 2.2
The non turbo was dog slow. To the point of being dangerous
I don’t know why people don’t fix more of this old stuff up instead of all this over priced new carp
Change oil every 3000 miles or the turbo won't last.
Yep exactly right on that. Had one and it held up just fine with maintaining it even after a 150k which shocked most people when they found that out. Not sure it would go much longer than that just for wear reasons, but it was possible. Just used it as it was intended for extra power when you needed it. Lol lol
kinda late coming to comment..... id recommend keeping the whole Obama/ cash for clunkers/BS to yourself as it has nothing to do with its sale. this car wouldn't qualify anyway.
I think it goes with all the other ugly cars in there wym
It absolutely does not.
Piece of junk. Should have been made into a fridge. Has low miles cause they probably couldn’t keep it running. Hick
It’s running just fine dude. Should probably get a life though it’s an old car now so who cares what you think!
It never deserves to be a fridge.
