Apart from Roads, parks, and club house, Every layout should have : 1) Shopping complex.( all barber, food court to dry cleaner shops) 2) Lakes ( Rain water harvest, wells ) 3) Garbage disposal Area( Conversion of garbage to energy Unit ) 4) Solar/ Wind Energy system . Corruptive HMDA should clean up corruptive officers. HMDA should work as model for new and transparent and honesty organisation .
