In all honesty, I had this video planned for a while and hit a week-long creative block when it came to executing it. Despite that, I managed to finish it and somewhat put it together how I imagined!
Join me as I roam around Vancouver on my own, enjoying my own company and sharing my thoughts on why frequently turning to solitude is my favourite way to reset. I've grown to appreciate "me" time and have witnessed the benefits of solitude in several areas of my life.

Love that you've gotten comfortable with being alone in public, it can definitely be daunting at first because we worry about what people will think but that shouldn't matter because its important to enjoy our own company. I'm so glad you touched based on this topic and have embraced your solitude, because you've definitely inspired me. Can't wait to see your channel grow!

Hey Sahar! First of all, I love your name. As a background about me, I'm an international student in Melbourne and I've been self exploring the city because IT MAKES ME HAPPY. I cannot explain how much I loved this video. I stumbled upon your instagram only yesterday and today I'm binge watching your videos. I could really feel the calmness and serenity as you talked and led through the montages. Just too happy to have discovered you! Needless to say, legends of the same family ;)
I love your this episode Sahar. You are so wise on this early stage of life. I like you because you are different from other youngsters as you are not sticking with your phone the whole day, you are not showing off only branded stuff you have or going to buy. Moreover, you are reading book which is not a hobby of youngsters in these days. But you read numerous books that is a sign of maturity and you know where you need to spend time and where not. Being a mother of 7 years old daughter I also see my daughter like you. The youngsters just killing their time on useless activities. No doubt you are such a lovely personality and your parents spent a good time and energy to nurture you. God bless you my dear. Best thing is you know punjabi language as well. We are living NZ I wish my daughter also speaks punjabi like you. Take care .

Love love love this❤️ I used to spend a ton of time alone but somehow now I have been so busy with my work/family that I hardly had any time on my own . This video has just worked as a reminder for me. Definitely going for a hike alone this weekend❤️ Also, I just want to tell you the efforts you put in your videos are phenemonal. This video got me missing exploring Vancouver. I loved taking walks around the city whenever I felt like it, especially English Bay for the sunset!

Oh wow I absolutely love this video! Yes, being comfortable on your own is the most freeing and amazing feeling! I’ve always loved being on my own since I was a kid. I also love to socialize and go out with friends, but it can be quite draining sometimes. I remember once when I was 16 I went to a concert on my own because I had bought a ticket for half of the price on that same day (it was an amazing seat rly close to the stage!) I remember being super scared tho, because I was super self conscious of what people would think of me going to this concert alone. I almost didn’t buy the ticket because I was scared I was gonna look stupid lol. I’m so happy I put those nonsense thoughts aside and I end up going since it was a one in a lifetime opportunity ($70 for a seat super close to the stage). I ended up having so much fun and I’ll carry this experience through my whole life. If I could do that I can do anything!
