Jack Gleason actually didn’t get hate or bullied ever as Joffrey. That’s something that misinformed people who started the show late started spreading around after the show was already ended. Gleason went on record about why he retired and about the fact that he only had great fan interactions with people who hated the character yet praised him for doing such a good job. Cat's father died of illness in Riverrun, not killed in Winterfell like you mentioned.
It strikes me as interesting the hound not only noticed Arya was a girl, but also the stark. True he had seen her in the past but that was a long time ago in a different state.
But it makes sense considering the hounds career has been as a professional bodyguard. His awareness is keen.

The first clue the show gives that there is something different about Bran is the second episode, when he wakes up just as Ned kills Lady. Most take no note of that, and just consider it an unrelated coincidence.
Don't consider things from the Histories and Lore from past seasons as spoilers, there's no reason not to remind him where Thoros was mentioned, the show won't talk about it.
I've also read that it's mostly a myth that Jack Gleeson has been treated like s**t because of his Joffrey role. Maybe on rare occasions some idiot would confuse him for a fictional character, but I think it's been overblown, in his own words I believe.
Not so much a comment as a question to think about..When Bran meets Jojen and Meera Reed, Bran and Jojen discuss how their father's knew each other..Bran says how his father often talked about the Rebellion, but Jojen was both interested and surprised by this because his father never did..Why??
