I’m not an expert on Lava lamps at all but I know vintage is better. You can find the date by unscrewing the top cap. Date should be on the top of the glass part.

pass on the lava lamps at that price, good call. If you see one with glitter in colored fluid instead of the wax stuff i sold one a while back for like $60 or $70. It was a bigger one too. size can matter... lol
