In my opinion, Not everyone is called to Marriage and not everyone is called to be single. The problem is everyone is pushing women and men to get married and have kids. Sure someone might have a desire or a want to get married just like many want to be rich, however not everyone is going to be rich or meant to be rich. That's what I think about marriage.
