ഞാൻ bipolar ആണ്. 23 വയസ്സ്.എന്റെ ഒരു രീതി പറയാം. ഞാൻ ഈ കമന്റ്‌ ഇടുന്നത് 3:08 AM ന് ആണ്. അതിന് അർത്ഥം ഉറക്കം ഇല്ല. 24 മണിക്കൂറിൽ 2-3 മണിക്കൂർ മാത്രമാണ് ഉറക്കം. എന്നാൽ പോലും എനിക്ക് ക്ഷീണം ഇല്ല. Depression stage വന്നാൽ emotional songs കേൾക്കുന്നത് ഒരു ലഹരി ആയി മാറുന്നു. Suicidal Tendency ഒത്തിരി. കരയുന്നത് ഒരു വിനോദം ആകുന്നു. പിന്നെ മടി, വിശപ്പില്ലായ്മ, insomnia... ഇനി Mania stage പറയാം. എനിക്ക് അമാനുഷിക കഴിവുകൾ ഉണ്ടെന്നും ഞാൻ വളരെ unique ആണെന്നുള്ള confidence. അമിത ആഹ്ലാദം, അമിത സംസാരം, അമിത വിശപ്പ്. ഇനി എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും പേടി ഉള്ളത് ( ദേഷ്യം ). ദേഷ്യം വന്നാൽ ഞാൻ മൃഗം ആകും. ഭയങ്കര ശക്തി ആണ് അപ്പോൾ. അടി മുതൽ മുടി വരെ തിളയ്ക്കും. എനിക്ക് സാധാരണ അവസ്ഥയിൽ ഒരു 100 kg എടുക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഈ ദേഷ്യം വരുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് എളുപ്പത്തിൽ പൊക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നു. പിന്നെ ഭയം ഇല്ല ഒന്നിനേം. എനിക്ക് ദേഷ്യം വന്നിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആരേലും എന്നെ പരീക്ഷിക്കാൻ വന്നാൽ അവന് / അവൾക്ക് മരണം ഉറപ്പ്. ചില സന്ദർഭങ്ങളിൽ പലരും എന്നെ കണ്ട് ഭയന്ന് പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ അടുത്ത് ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഒരു പെൺസുഹൃത്തിന്റെ മുഖം നോക്കി ചവിട്ടി. ഒരു 15 mins കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് വല്ലാതെ കുറ്റബോധം തോന്നി. സത്യത്തിൽ ഞാൻ സാധു ആണ്. പക്ഷെ എന്നെ ആരും ശല്യം ചെയ്യരുത്. ഞാൻ uncontrollable ആകും. അതെനിക് പേടി ആണ്. എന്നെ വേറെ ഒരാൾ control ചെയുന്നത് പോലെ പലപ്പോഴും തോന്നും. എന്റെ ദേഹത്ത് ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആൾക്കാർ ഉള്ള പോലെ. എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ സമാധാന പ്രീയനാണ്, പ്രകൃതി സ്നേഹിയാണ്. പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് നല്ല ഓർമ്മശക്തിയും അപാര സംസാര കഴിവും ഉണ്ട്. IQ കൂടുതൽ ആണെന്ന് പലരും പറയാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ വല്യ academic score ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.

.. Sad songs കേട്ടാൽ സന്ദോഷം വരുന്നത് depression ന്റെ പാർട്ട്‌ ആകാൻ സാധ്യത ഇല്ല കാരണം brain studies പ്രകാരം sad songs കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ സന്തോഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന കുറെ ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ട്. അത് depression ഒന്നുമല്ല.. (ലഹരി എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ഉദേശിച്ചത് വേറെ എന്തെങ്കിലും ആകാം ).. അത് പോലെ വിനോദം എന്ന് ഉപയോഗിച്ചതും entertainment, happiness ഇവയുടെ ഭാഗമാണ് വിനോദം എന്ന term so ആ term ഉം actual feeling വേറെ എന്തെങ്കിലും ആകാം... രോഗം യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം qualified professional diagnose ചെയ്താൽ മാത്രം ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് accept ചെയ്യുക സ്വയം diagnose ചെയ്യരുത്.. Mania മനോഹരമായ അവസ്ഥ അല്ല... Personal flaws എല്ലാം രോഗം കൊണ്ടാണെന്നും വിശ്വസിക്കരുത്.ഇതിൽ കാമുകിയുടെ മുഖത്തു ചവിട്ടി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് 15 minute കഴിഞ്ഞു വിഷമം തോന്നി എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് bipolar irritability ക്ക് എതിരാണ് കാരണം ഒരു mood persistent ആയി ഉണ്ടാകണം.. എല്ലാ മനുഷ്യർക്കും ഉള്ള പോലെ bipolar patient സിനും anger issues ഉണ്ടാകും., short fuse(irritable personality trait) ആയി ഉണ്ടാകാം..നമ്മൾക്ക് ദേഷ്യം വന്നാൽ പിന്നീട് regret ചെയ്യുന്നത് സ്വാഭാവികം ആണ്.നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന എല്ലാ negative behaviours ഉം രോഗത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ആണ് എന്ന് വിചാരിക്കരുത്.. Persistency of symptoms ആണ് bipolar ന്റെ key ഒരു mood അതിന്റെ അസോസിയേറ്റ് symptoms ഉം persistent ആയി ദിവസത്തിന്റെ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും അങ്ങനെ കുറഞ്ഞത് 7 ദിവസമെങ്കിലും നിലനിൽക്കണം mania ക്ക്,4 ദിവസം for hypomania..Bipolar ഉം, border line personality യും co morbid ആയും പലപ്പോഴും കാണാറുണ്ട്.. അത് പോലെ insomnia, difficulty to get sleep അല്ല bipolar ന്റെ sleep symptom. Decrease need for sleep ആണ് ഉറങ്ങാൻ ആഗ്രഹമേ ഉണ്ടാകില്ല ചിലർക്ക് 2-3 hours ഉറക്കം മതിയാകും,ഭയങ്കര energy ആകും ഉറക്കക്ഷീണം, tiredness ഒരിക്കലും ഉണ്ടാകില്ല.. ഉറങ്ങാതെ വെറുതെ ഇരിക്കുക ആയിരിക്കില്ല എന്തെങ്കിലും പണി ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുക ആയിരിക്കും ഈ രാത്രി സമയത്ത് .Google etc നോക്കി confused ആകരുത് അതിലെ loosened terms കൊണ്ട് വായിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും രോഗം ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് തോന്നി പോകും, അങ്ങനെ self diagnose ഉം ചെയ്യരുത്..ചിലപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു രോഗവും ഇല്ലാതെ ഇരിക്കാനും നല്ല ചാൻസ് ഉണ്ട് . pre occupied idea ഉണ്ടാക്കരുത്.ഒരു qualified mental health പ്രൊഫഷനലിനെ കണ്ട് രോഗം ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തുക.

Sir 2:37 part ആളുകൾക്ക് confused ആകും.. ആളുകൾ എപ്പോഴും ഒരു പോലെ ആയിരിക്കില്ലല്ലോ സന്തോഷം fluctuate ചെയ്യുന്ന സാധനം അല്ലേ.. അതുപോലെ ambivert personality tendency ഉള്ള ആളുകളും ഇല്ലേ ചില സമയം ഉൾവലിഞ്ഞും, ചില സമയം extrovert ആയും flip ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിവുള്ളവർ..നമ്മൾ colloquial ആയി use ചെയ്യുന്ന langauage അല്ലേ അമിത സംസാരം,അമിത ആഹ്ലാദം, എന്നൊക്കെ normal ആയും ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന അവസ്ഥ.. പക്ഷെ bipolar രോഗത്തിന്റെ ഈ അവസ്ഥ normal അവസ്ഥയിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമല്ലേ.. സംസാരം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ pressured speech അല്ലേ.. മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് interrupt ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റാതെ അമിത വേഗതയിൽ pause ഇല്ലാതെ സംസാരിക്കുന്ന അവസ്ഥ. Excite ആകുമ്പോൾ ആളുകൾ ധാരാളം സംസാരിക്കും(talks a lot ) അതും pressured speech ഉം different അല്ലേ.. So 2-3 people ആ part കണ്ട് confused & cyberchondric ആയി അതാണ് ഈ comment ഇവിടെ ഇട്ടത്.

You need consult a Psychiatrist and get a proper evaluation. The symptoms you told are less likely to be bipolar disorder. But still, even after knowing that, if you are unable to be comfortable, better to get professional help.

There are so many ways you can help him. Need to directly talk to a Psychiatrist/Psychologist for the same. Especially with the Doctor who is attending you friend. Because only the Doctor knows the condition and can suggest measures to help.

ചില സമയങ്ങളിൽ വെറുതെ കരയും ചിലപ്പോൾ അമിത ദേഷ്യം. ചിലപ്പോൾ സ്വന്തം ശരീരം മുറിവേൽപ്പിച്ചു ചോര കാണുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സൊന്നു തണുക്കും. അത് വരെ ഭ്രാന്ത്‌ പിടിച്ച അവസ്ഥയായിരിക്കും.
എന്തിനാ ജീവിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് വരെ തോന്നും. പലപ്പോഴും സൂയിസൈഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒന്നിനും കൊള്ളില്ല എന്തിനാ ജീവിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന തോന്നലുകൾ എപ്പോഴും വേട്ടയാടും. ദിവസങ്ങളോളം ഉറങ്ങാതെ ഇരിക്കും. ചിലപ്പോൾ ഹൈപ്പർ ആക്റ്റീവ് ചിലപ്പോൾ lazy മൈൻഡ്. ആകെ മൊത്തം സീൻ. ജോലിയില്ല. അതിന് വേണ്ടി ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണ്. എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള ടോർചർ അത് മനസ്സിനെ ഭ്രാന്ത്‌ പിടിപ്പിക്കും. എല്ലാം കൂടി കത്തിക്കാൻ തോന്നും. ഒരുപാട് വൈൽഡ് ചിന്തകൾ മനസ്സിൽ കയറി കൂടും.
ഇനിയും ഉണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മൈൻഡ് ബ്ലാങ്ക് ആകും.
