Thanks for the video! My Bessa has had a problem with sticky blades and obviously those have been forced out of their given placement (2 blades, fortunately no damage). So i was searching for a way of disassembly, not being sure how much parts would have to be removed. Luckily just the housing :)
One thing: interestingly your shutter misses the flash socket. So i have an addition to the given procedure. If there IS a flash socket (my shutter has one and while removing the back the wire ripped off at the opposite end and it was tricky to solder it back again) it is a good idea to first open the shutter from the front, remove the speed cam and desolder the flash wire directly at the socket.
Concerning the two springs: it is also possible to place those somehow to the inner side of the speed cam, put the housing back and place the springs to where they belong (simply against the housing) after removing the speed cam.

I repaired exactly that shuttertype today.
2 things that could have made your life easier.
1. Reassamble the shutterblades in fully open position, so it has support from the shuttercasing, therefore just remove the spring from the shutterlever.
2. Remove the parts where the springs are standing out, it makes it so much easier.
My shutter was stuck by one of the 3 screws at the backcoverring that secures the shutterleverring, the screw wasn't tightened and one of shutterblades got caught by it.

Removing that faceplate was a mystery to me. I loosened it and was turning it but could not discover how it came off.

Great video, but I have heard and read from several people that lighter fluid is not recommended at all: It may look like everything evaporates, but there will be invisible remainders which will turn sticky again, attract dust and might eventually kill the shutter. Best bet: ultrasonic bath which removes grease thoroughly.
Thanks for the comment! I said lighter fluid because it was something commonly mentioned, good to know it's not recommended. I used isopropyl alcohol, however even that leaves residue if you don't wipe it dry right away. Ultrasonic bath would be great, I'll have to get one if I intend to continue to take stuff apart.

Are you talking about the 646 mask? In that case, ebay. Probably cheaper and easier to look for a camera that includes it, rather than just the mask.
I seen several similar accident like an broken blades on bessa (rf, II.) is it the matter of voigtlander’s quality control?
The shutters were actually produced by a company called F. Deckel for many camera manufacturers. It's unfortunate that they're breaking, but after eighty years, I think it's more likely due to lack of maintenance...
Like Phil said: The shutters were third-party parts, and Compur was one of the best choices then. I guess the higher failure rate compared to other camera brands (some of which might happen to have even the same shutter) lies in the fact that Voigtländer used to be the choice of photo enthusiasts and (semi) professionals. These cameras have seen a tremendous workload.
Then, as you've seen, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to CLA these parts, but there are some pitfalls possible. If one screws things back together too loosely, or too firmly the long-term durability might suffer as well.
Better use gloves when handling shutter blades and the black plates that holds them down. Skin oil will left rusty marks.
I have seen many embended rusty fingerprints on such plates (and blades).
