Other than that deep breathing ko habit bana len cause it keeps your body in a normal state. Jab b negative thoughts ayen stop your thinking immediately and come back to the present moment, use your five sense to get into the present moment. I hope it will help you a bit 😊

Same problem from last 3 year.take psychiatrist treatment also healty food and exersice.....And most important avoid rice and gram flavour bcoz it's triger anxiety
@@atulmahendru4678 Hey I had it for 2 months only actually after my grandmother died I felt extremely lonely and pain would not leave so I kept thinking and thinking and fell into deep anxiety...could not sleep and at times didn't want to eat and go out....got breath issues and even after telling myself I am ok I experienced my first panic attack for a while ago and it has been 2 months and thanks to god I m healed completely....well I did not take medication ot sleeping pills because they are just helping u for a few hours or days ....this is a mental state that has to be changed I read tea and coffee causes palpitations but I have been drinking tea since I was 9 and I m 20 now....so no it is not really the issue also reading and watching these videos will make u more aware if that state u have to fix u mental state and tell ur self u will be fine or this will take several years probably a life time to come out of this....since no one can wash away the thoughts of fear or neither can u.....what helped me ofcourse is prayers I m muslim and reading quran but yea meditating is the only way out I guess I can say that I m healed alahmudillilah

I am suffering from extreme anxiety last two years . I live in Melbourne and I was doing job in school which is my dream job , I have two kids and my husband doing a good job so we almost happy and satisfied. All of sudden my body is not as before some tome feel dizzy and pulptaion. Dr said everything is ok. My all test were normal. We can’t understand what’s going.? My problem is sometime I feel better and somedays struggling to go to toilet. Last six months I just stayed on bed.how I overcome?
My biggest problem is my legs are shaking and when I try to do something I feel like I fell down even hard to take shower some time . My life is totally stop and no one understand.
Hey @Sourav Singh I suddenly got it for a month ago after my grandmother died my allah forgive her and grant her pardise. Also, i had a panic attack recently in train among strangers and rushed to my family members I thought I lost myself and got soo scared after that....but u know anxiety is a mental state disorder.....if u got it once u have to believe that I will not happen again if u are constantly anxious about this than it will creep up on u slowly and boom u are in panic.....me i am a muslim and praying 5 times and reading Quran took my anxiety away but to each it's own this is a mental and spiritual illness my god cure us all ameen.
My anxiety starts about 2 months ago.. Brain locked.. My head feels heavy pressured... And sudden fears of things about future which I never used to think... I myself give motivation every time that don't b panic.. But can't take it for long term.. I have fear of everything now

I had it for 2 months only actually after my grandmother died I felt extremely lonely and pain would not leave so I kept thinking and thinking and fell into deep anxiety...could not sleep and at times didn't want to eat and go out....got breath issues and even after telling myself I am ok I experienced my first panic attack for a while ago and it has been 2 months and thanks to god I m healed completely....well I did not take medication ot sleeping pills because they are just helping u for a few hours or days ....this is a mental state that has to be changed I read tea and coffee causes palpitations but I have been drinking tea since I was 9 and I m 20 now....so no it is not really the issue also reading and watching these videos will make u more aware if that state u have to fix u mental state and tell ur self u will be fine or this will take several years probably a life time to come out of this....since no one can wash away the thoughts of fear or neither can u.....what helped me ofcourse is prayers I m muslim and reading quran but yea meditating is the only way out I guess I can say that I m healed alahmudillilah

I live in Melbourne and I was doing job in school which is my dream job , I have two kids and my husband doing a good job so we almost happy and satisfied. All of sudden my body is not as before some tome feel dizzy and pulptaion. Dr said everything is ok. My all test were normal. We can’t understand what’s going.? My problem is sometime I feel better and somedays struggling to go to toilet. Last six months I just stayed on bed.how I overcome?

I suddenly got it for a month ago after my grandmother died my allah forgive her and grant her pardise. Also, i had a panic attack recently in train among strangers and rushed to my family members I thought I lost myself and got soo scared after that....but u know anxiety is a mental state disorder.....if u got it once u have to believe that I will not happen again if u are constantly anxious about this than it will creep up on u slowly and boom u are in panic.....me i am a muslim and praying 5 times and reading Quran took my anxiety away but to each it's own this is a mental and spiritual illness my god cure us all ameen.
