    Bhai Exactly same thing mere saath hue thi pichale 11 Saal se me iss problem se ladh raha hu. Iss problem ke Karan mera job bhi chut gaya. लेकिन Maine हार nahi mani. Me ye ladhai ladhunga aur jeetunga bhi.

      Keep kalm loose Your Soul, no thinking remember God MahaDev or try to seek for him Do early morn ing walk slowly .
      Seek for Mahadev You will feel changes as Mahadev is Phycologically present in Universe and he Treats who really seeks from his heart .
      Otherwise you will always suffer from Depression . Yes These power exists You can say it's Mahadev or Natural power . Really heal you slowly.
      I know islam will kill you after remembering Mahadev the Lord of indian Sub continent because You will do shirk .

    The best thing to do is -add fruits and avoid junk food , it will definitely help everyone to recover from this situation , i had same problem with the same symptoms, meditation and good food helps me alot , jiske sath ye situation ho chuki hai wahi iska experience jan skta hai otherwise koi isse smjh nahi skda

    Bohot Shukriya bhai pehle baar koi Indian ko Anxiety aur Depression k baare main experience share krte hua suna... otherwise Doctors k interview to bohot hain... Googling band krna bohot sahi kaha. Aur mere point of view se social media ka use bhi kaafi hadh tak kam kardenaa chaiye...kyuki waha se kaafi negative news, etc hamari anxiety ko trigger kr deti hain

    Jb mere saath June 2019 me ye SB hua tha tb shuru me mujhe bhi acidity ki hi dwai di thi dr. Ne.ek month tk mujhe smjh hi nhi aya ki ye anxiety ki problem hai.bs har time dar,ghabraht,har chiz ka dar, balance problem,heart beat badhna,pasina ana,hath pair kampna,aur bhi bahut se symptoms.fir mene yoga, Pranayam, meditation shuru Kiya, positive affirmations ,deep breathing aur Deere dheere sb sahi ho gya.

      @@anjujassal3473 anxiety can only be controlled if you examine your thoughts, wo kon si thoughts hain jo ap ko anxious krti hain. Other than that deep breathing ko habit bana len cause it keeps your body in a normal state. Jab b negative thoughts ayen stop your thinking immediately and come back to the present moment, use your five sense to get into the present moment. I hope it will help you a bit 😊

    Thank you bhai mujhe bhi 9 month se anxiety hai but mai bhi bhot yoga aur meditation krta hu phir bhi negative thoughts suide thiughts aate hai aur khane me energy wale type ki food jese coffee, tea, nonvage khane ke baad mera body pura hit ho jaata hai aur panic attack jesi feell hoti hai

    Same problem from last 3 year.take psychiatrist treatment also healty food and exersice.....And most important avoid rice and gram flavour bcoz it's triger anxiety

      Hey
      I had it for 2 months only actually after my grandmother died I felt extremely lonely and pain would not leave so I kept thinking and thinking and fell into deep anxiety...could not sleep and at times didn't want to eat and go out....got breath issues and even after telling myself I am ok I experienced my first panic attack for a while ago and it has been 2 months and thanks to god I m healed completely....well I did not take medication ot sleeping pills because they are just helping u for a few hours or days ....this is a mental state that has to be changed I read tea and coffee causes palpitations but I have been drinking tea since I was 9 and I m 20 now....so no it is not really the issue also reading and watching these videos will make u more aware if that state u have to fix u mental state and tell ur self u will be fine or this will take several years probably a life time to come out of this....since no one can wash away the thoughts of fear or neither can u.....what helped me ofcourse is prayers I m muslim and reading quran but yea meditating is the only way out I guess I can say that I m healed alahmudillilah

      @@Ali-bp3js logo se khul ke nahi baat kar pata hu, logo ke pas jate hi nervousness heart trembling, short of breath, sweating, blushing hone lagta h aur apne friends ke saath bhi khul ke nahi baat kar pata shy rahta hu, kya bolu samaj nahi aata mind khali ho jata hai isiliye depressed rahta hu. Magar exposure tharapy hi iska solution hai pata hai tab bhi apne fear ko face nahi kar pata hu. Lekin abse apne aap ko expose karne ki puri kosis karunga. Aap bhi exposure tharapy kar ke thik hone ki kosis karna. Best of luck 🤞

    Very helpful video...I am surfing from this problem since 2006..I'm still taking medicine...and last night I got an very saviour attack...after seeing you video I feel very confident...and I got lots of knowledge from this video...and yes I didn't know about vitamin D and B12 I'm going to check that to maybe because of that...by the way I'm dance instructor...but because of anxiety I could not have confident...and I have a problem to travel..but now after seeing your video I am relaxed that I'm not alone in this world with these symptoms and disorder....thank you keep in touch.       @@criccrinzy9845 after passing 10 standard 😔I don't know the exact timing but when I started my 11 class then I starts feeling like anxiety and vomiting , when I entered in the classroom I started feeling that and I feel like vomit 😣 but due to this I didn't go to school for 4 or 5 months 😔😔😔I took evry treatment but after one month of taking medicine I realized that it's not working nd I feel this medicine is not for my problem 😔😣 then I stop taking it but still I m suffering 😭 itt even recently I was having my exam yesterday in the morning ND I fell the same when mam was distributing the answer sheet for exam I went out of the class 😭😭ND again I feel like vomit I m suffering it from my 11 standard ND now I m in 2 year 😭I don't know what can I do for this it's destroying my life day by day !!!

    Bro nice video ..bro mujhe anxiety start hogayi hai last week se mujhe typhoid tha pehle..to mujhe uska dar baith gaya hai mujhe har bar body pain hota hai tab lagta hai typhoid hi hai.but doc bole tu pura thik hai and..mera body kapta hai internally aur garam hota hai aur thand lagti hai ..bahut dar lagta hai aur neend nahi ati hai acidity gas problem bhi hota hai...aur mujhe vehem hota hai ki symptoms agaye hai bimari ke....😞😞 Body pain bhi hota hai

    Mujhme bahut sara anxiety hai..
    Ekbar hua tha death fobia anxiety..
    Phir hua "body focused repetitive behaviour"(like nail biting, skin picking) anxiety.. bahut zayda pasina ata tha..
    Aab mai psychiatrist ke pas "cognitive behaviour therapy" le rha hu. 7mai anti depression medicine le rha hu, aur yoga, deep breathing kr rha hu... & Thanks a lot bro...🙏

    I am suffering from extreme anxiety last two years . I live in Melbourne and I was doing job in school which is my dream job , I have two kids and my husband doing a good job so we almost happy and satisfied. All of sudden my body is not as before some tome feel dizzy and pulptaion. Dr said everything is ok. My all test were normal. We can’t understand what’s going.? My problem is sometime I feel better and somedays struggling to go to toilet. Last six months I just stayed on bed.how I overcome?

      I suddenly got it for a month ago after my grandmother died my allah forgive her and grant her pardise. Also, i had a panic attack recently in train among strangers and rushed to my family members I thought I lost myself and got soo scared after that....but u know anxiety is a mental state disorder.....if u got it once u have to believe that I will not happen again if u are constantly anxious about this than it will creep up on u slowly and boom u are in panic.....me i am a muslim and praying 5 times and reading Quran took my anxiety away but to each it's own this is a mental and spiritual illness my god cure us all ameen.

      Out of control bhuk lagega isme. Anxiety se Insulin bad jata hai. Insulin thik se asar karna band kardeta hai. Phir Diabetic ka sara symptomps dikhne ko mil jayega isme. Iska solution hai mere pass. Jada pareshan hoto plz contact me.
