I'm quite like you Claire, I kind of feel relief sometimes when I'm on my own. I think because I feel I can be myself more. When I'm around my family and friends I kind of feel I have expectations to live up to. Thanks for starting up your spiritual Sundays series again, I've never really thought about this stuff before and it helps. Take care Claire and have a great week xx
Yes I can really resonate with that.. it can be difficult learning to be yourself around others particularly if you’ve been judged or criticised in the past. It’s all about letting go and giving yourself permission to express all that you are 🌟 You’re welcome.. I’m so pleased I can be of help, you too ☀️🌈🌻xx
I see self-hate as the ego striving for perfection. I know my self-hatred comes from making mistakes instead of looking at it as a learning opportunity. But I still do it ☹️ You have to remember that everyone has insecurities and no one is perfect. What some people see as a flaw others see as beauty. We are all different. If someone is trying to make you feel down. The likelihood is they are projecting their self-hate to make themselves feel better. Just imagine what insecurities they might have? Realise that they are not looking at the real you, and believe that you are worthy. If they can’t see the real you, then your energy is best suited elsewhere 😊
Parents often times make their kid hate themselve! They was not resolving their own problem yet before marriage and have a kid. They was expecting that have new family will cure their void
It is very easy to blame our parents for such feelings, and it’s true that many are attempting to fill a ‘void’ - however, we must also understand that whatever our parents have put on to us, we can also undo.. this is our superpower ✨
@@claireelizabethcreates yeah, thanks for remind that. My parent did the best, they did parenting just like how they treated as a kid. They are loving but in different way by their belief. Yeah that is.. Thanks
