Wow! Morrison singing Curtis Mayfield 'People Get Ready' and Ray Manzarek nearly burst into 'Superfly' with that slow bass then it goes all 'Mystery Train'. Haha. Never heard this before but absolutely Love it. And there's me, Thinking I'd heard all of the Doors recorded tunes in my 45 years of living.
I think this is the BEST TheDoors show on tape~honolulu1970 right there, too, however, this setlist is no joke And the music is cohesive TIGHT and focused in every way The singer guy in rare form cruising thru the distances and highways of his mind So smoooooothe Boston1970 is amazing Detroit1970 is amazing FeltForum(NYC)1970 is amazing Shows from 68(Dallas) too, however, this takes the🎂cake imo Pittsburgh1970 IS THE BEST~soooooo trippy/psychedelic
@@realmrmojorisinmorrisonjr7917 Yes, my friend, 1970 was quite remarkable for the Doors live performances. Maybe the best year aside from 66-67. But then, most of those "shows" don't exist for us. The Whiskey, The Scene, the other clubs around L.A., the high schools they played. The LSD days in other words ;)
@@strangersname amen~i still get *rankled* and *bitter* and *disconsolate* that there are SO MANY *Soundboard* #GratefulDead shows from same era ~ while scant few exist for #WAYBetterBand *the doors*, let alone, *JimiHendrix* too
Produced, recorded, and mixed by Bruce Botnick.

Cleveland 1970 is a fantastic show too, though there's only a not so good audience tape of it. Jim in rare form that night.
@@strangersname Cleveland IS an awesome show~i, too wish there had been SBD recordings of entire tour~seems like such a waste not to have done so
