- Shot this on a rainy morning these past days. I think Chicago hits differently when it's rainy/foggy.
The destruction caused by the Great Chicago Fire led to the largest building boom in the history of the nation. In 1885, the first steel-framed high-rise building, the Home Insurance Building, rose in the city as Chicago ushered in the skyscraper era, which would then be followed by many other cities around the world. Today, Chicago's skyline is among the world's tallest and densest.

They're moving to places like Houston to better their lives. Soon Chicago will be lackluster: the very culture that MADE that city will be gone. New York is experiencing the same.

I feel like Chicago and New York are a glismpe into how America should’ve been planned if they planned it correctly we would be able to have well competed with Europe when it comes to livability
Cars are fine but I don’t want to commute with a car I would rather have the choice of owning a vehicle for leasiure and leave the commuting for bus and rail
Because if the was the case I could get a cool vintage sports car instead of a shitty sedan
Well, I think America is for cars and Europe for public transport.
