Good advice, especially on the hydration. (COS is approximately between 6200 to 7000 ft. above sea level, so full acclimation to the altitude will take a few months). It's one reason why the Olympic Training center is in town, too.
I came from your video on how to get into USAFA and noticed your necklace. I’m also Muslim and interested in going to USAFA but I was wondering how accepting they are of Muslims like for example ones that wear the hijab and if you have time to pray 5x a day etc. The other video was very helpful!
Do workouts at home, make sure you have well balanced meals, get into sports on the extracurricular side. It's worse to do nothing at all so don't be afraid.
With protein powder, maybe some creatine, and a reasonably consistent workout routine you can get into the best shape of your life in 3 - 6 months. Granted, It’s going to suck balls but once you get past the mountain of information it’s really not that complicated it just takes a lot of discipline.

I’m down for the in person Q/A
What is the entry pt test for USAFA and what do I need to score to be eligible?
Freshman in high school and I can do the academics but it’s the physical part that I’m worried about
Get into sports, football helps with the physical part, that's why I got into football.
