Here's a question though: what happens to the drivers who went from f2-f1? Are their seats taken? Do they just go back down to f2?
Schumi was leading the quali in F2 so it probably sends you back to 2020 season
Yh, don’t think they go to f2, they’re just sidelined, think of nico hulkenburg, they usually come back when the first guy retires since they have better stats than the f2 srivers

I think the acclaim stays above level 5 because that's the minimum for a sponsor

No, in MyTeam you start from level 1 so it does go lower than 5.
If you start in F2, no matter how you do, you can still choose from any of the F1 teams
that sucks
Yeh it’s daft, you should have a realistic option, so you start lower down and get contract offers rather then just choosing whatever team each season

I think you'll lose acclaim if you get disqualified instead of a dnf since it's a lower finish position. Also I was hoping you would do this for more then 2 season's so we can see if you can get a game over or not

Technically it's not realistic. You cannot go back to F2 once you're in F1.
You could get booted into Formula E though, or just fired and in Aarav's case maybe even charged for attempted manslaughter.

It also proves how much today's games are made absolutely so as not to frustrate the player. you can do anything the game will not penalize you, whereas on the PS2 games you had 2 crashes you were fired. it is shameful.
