It has a glitch
It's such a shame to see this game going backwards so much in terms of what can happen during a season. Dramatic things such as cutscenes for massive win streaks or achievements as well as horrible streaks SHOULD be there, and you SHOULD be able to get fired. Hell, I'd argue this game should have some kind of "game over" system where your career can actually end in premature retirement if you do horribly enough and you must reload from the very start of the season to try and salvage yourself or just choose to start a new career over. There's just... not enough STAKES in these modern games. You're always safe, and it seems the only way you can go even if you're not a very good play is up. I'd like a more realistic approach that doesn't hesitate to actively punish you and cutscenes to go with it.
why be worried about features being removed when Codies has looked like they're working overtime to give us different wall + floor textures and colors for our F1 Life home on F1 22

I swear there was a period of time at the beginning of the game where Emma's face was still there next to those quotes when she would talk but it disappeared at some point.
Crashing into Goattifi while he was P4 in Monza got you a blessing, and it actually rised the aclaim stat because of that
I wish they made it harder to get into F1 and harder to sign with bigger teams w/o proper stats and performances.

I wonder how it would turn out if you were to qualify better and then trow it all away? My logic is that you would have a bigger drop of positions that way, leading to a bigger "punishment" for finishing last?
They lowered their standards to the point a DNF is better than not turning up. So long as you’re in the car and drive it for a bit, that’s a success!

The F122 MyTeam and Career Modes are amongst the laziest things I’ve seen in modern sports games. Bare bones with no effort put it. A huge step down from last year’s game if you ask me

I was with ferrari and wanted to go to mclaren, they accepted negotiations and accepted me asking for medium offer and then it says contract accepted but it has 0 days left and keeps making me do it like 6 times then just puts me in alfa

You probably gained acclaim because you made a bunch of overtakes in the race and since you are level 1 acclaim it doesn't take much to go up
