They probably use a recipe that doesn't include eggs and they bake the flour to kill the bacteria, but still, that's a lot of sugar to consume. It's like eating the same amount of ice cream. You eventually get sick

Ordinary cookie dough is inedible, it makes cookies. This cookie dough Is made differently so you can eat it, but you can't make cookies out of it

If the recipe doesn't include eggs, and they bake the flour first to kill the bacteria, then it's better to eat than ordinary cookie dough
