Easy Potato Sticks | Grand Recipe

Full recipe for Potato Sticks.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500g
Corn starch - 100g
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Olive oil for frying
Process:
Peel potatoes and cut into smaller chunks.
Place into a pan and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are tender.
Then mash.
Add the corn starch and salt and mix well.
Place the mixture into a plastic bag and flatten into a square shape and place into the freezer for 10 minutes.
Then cut the bag and slice the potato block into strips.
Put oil in pan for frying on medium heat.
Place in the potato strips and cook until golden brown.
Then dish out.
Enjoy.
