Daghang salamat Ma'am. Super na appreciate ko itong very informative na content, laking tulong sa mga currently applying and soon to apply nurses. :) Looking forward to your future vlogs. Amping pirmi :)
Thank you so much for this video. Could you help me understand between an offer letter and a contract. On which of the two should I be checking out for all the factors you have mentioned.
Thanks for the information. Please it is advisable signing a care home job offer giving COS of 1 year sponsorship .OSCE training and exam fees will be deducted from salary for a year.
Hi Ma'am. Is it better to shoulder the expenses for the exams or have it sponsored by an agency? Also, if the nurse wants to transfer to another care home but under the same company, will that be considered as termination of contract (and pay the agency)? Appreciate your inputs. Great content by the way. :)
Hi Therapeutic Beats. For your 1st question: depending kung ano ang arrangement mo with the agency or employer if you would shoulder the expenses and then they would refund it once you arrive here in the UK, okay lang din un lalo na if may budget ka to cover the cost. I think the only catch here is kung cover lahat ng agency ang expenses mo habang nasa pinas kapa baka mahirapan ka Mag back-out if mag-iba ang desisyon mo, well i’m pretty sure meron naman yang papermahan na agreement. So if di ka tutuloy then babayaran mo lng un lahat na nagastos nila. Sa case ng asawa ko, shoulder nya ang ielts and cbt and nmc application nya, then ni-refund ng employer ung ielts and cbt before pa sya umalis ng pinas, then ang nmc application na-reimburse din pagdating nya na sa UK, the rest ng mga expenses like visa application covered ng employer. Pero depende tlaga yan sa company man☺️. For the second question, if it is a same company na paglilipatan mo, yan ang tinatawag na “lateral transfer” its not considered as a termination of contract.
Hi sis may nghihire kaya kahit more than 10yrs no experience kna? Kasi nurse.ako pero since 2007 ako ng stop mg nurse. Ng callcntr nko. Now im decided to go back to my profession. May chance pa.ba?
Hi Ella. Yes merong pang chance.
God bless always! see you soon! eclair na pd nko!
Hi Jacque. Im a direct hire here in the UK. I am on dependent visa when I came to the UK. You can apply thru recruitment agencies in your country, or try applying online if you are here in the UK.
As far as i know, you are allowed up to 20hours of extra job as long as it is on the same occupation code or in the shortage occupation list. Pero basahin maigi ang contract mo, kasi may mga companies na strict sa ganitong bagay at kailangan mong mag-inform sa kanila through writing na you are undertaking extra job kasi i-assess nila if conflicting ba sa current contract hours mo. So need mo i-discuss yan sa manager mo. Also, please Check the website www.gov.uk, and search for skilled worker visa to have better understanding of this matter.
Hello Maam, Thank you so much for making this video. have a question poh so pre OSCE pay estimated around how much poh? thanks. planning to bring my dependents kce same flight as I am. so I it would be helpful for my preparations financially. Thanks
Hi Rasheena. Your pre-pin pay depende sa company or trust na pagtrabuhuan mo. In a care home perspective, sa previous employer ko 8.5pounds ang pre-Pin rate. Sa ibang company meron from 11-13 pounds, so it really depends.
Thank u too :) will recommend this 😘 I really like your vlogging style, simple and very informative .keep it up 😘

Hi Omowumi. 1 year sponsorship is too short. COS usually covers up to 2-3 years
Thanks for your video

Hi. Just want to ask where did you applied in a carehome. Is there a website? Thanks more power and god bless.

Maam any ideas about HC-One po?
Hi Ms. Rica, i’ve heard about it probably thru facebook groups, but I have no idea po to be honest🙂
Mam Cor, unsay mas maayo apply thru agency or direct apply to Trust?
Either way is fine, ang importante mabigyan ka ng COS at cover nila expenses ng application mo☺️.
Best task
Mam Corr, pwede po ba makapag side job/part-time kapag 44 hours per week ang duty? Hindi po ba yun bawal? God bless po.

Hi ms corr. Will the agency or homecare shoulder the fee for their nurses on taking their osce?
Mostly covered ng employers ang Osce expenses mo, pero merong iba through salary deduction.
