Hi, This is very informative video. I am a dependant applying for my ILR and I have a question. The document list asks for two documents: Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on (partnet) for joint accounts or third party support Declaration signed by (partner) to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks But there is just one downloadable family consent form with three parts -1, 2, 3. I have signed part 1 and my wife has signed part 2. was there any other declaration document apart from this or did you submit this family consent for both documents needed?
