Used to live in London in the 90s - the Barbican cafeteria was my go-to place for a cup of tea & a slice of lemon cake on my way back from college (GBP 1,90 in total, if I remember correctly). Often times, I would bring along my Nikon FM2 or my Yashica 124Gmat because of the geometric lines and the rich detail and textures of the buildings. It was like photographing a mountain range and a "pars pro toto" approach was the only way to capture what this city-within-a-city is all about. The Barbican that got me hooked on good architecture and taught me that simple shapes and rich and complex surfaces go together really well.
Thank you◡̈ For this video, I used Dehance, it's a plugin for Davinci and not only, I wanted to try something new, and it turned out pretty well, and in general I like to use Cineprint 16 or Cineprint 35 by Tom Bolles. And of course I do color grading, as I feel, I would say, I'm not a professional in this, but I try to do the best I can ◡̈
