I can see tons of information and how could be very useful to stay productive.
Sketching: the basics by Koos Elssen and Roselien Steur. This book is great if you want to learn product sketching and perspective. It has clean, well colored sketches. Thank you for these amazing recommendations and giving inspiration :)

Just AMAZING! The books are some that I just went to Amazon to order. The reason I don't already own them is that I am a textile artist, printmaker and abstract painter. WOW I have been making art for 60 years and the is never a time when you can't learn something new. I am so impressed with your work and I will buy your book- you will totally do this!

This is areally usefull video for anyone interested in drawing. I already own 3 of the books - the 500 faces book which is excellent, and the 2 James Gurney books, both of which are truly in the league of the most important and influential art books ever written. Every artist quotes them as being super important on understanding colour and realising where they were going wrong with there own art. Virtually every artist on UA-cam who has made a book list has had James Gurney there and for good reason. Thanks for the other recommendations as well.

I've accidentally already got one of these books - the Mattias sketchbook one - I found it in a charity shop and was enchanted by all the detail and the quirky little characters. The Bert Dodson one looks really interesting (well they all do really) so I've ordered it from Amazon Uk. Thanks for the recs!

Thanks for showing this books. After all the accusations and mess with the Inktober book I lost the enjoyment in buying an inking book at all. So I cancelled my order and decided to go for James Gurney‘‘s book. about colours instead. You have saved my good mood - and I am sure I will learn a lot ..
I use mostly pintrest for inspiration. I have a couple of fantasy anatomie,landscape and manga drawing books but i don,t use them that often. I wanna learn how to drawing from life, from my imagination or my memory.
