Radhi's List of Things 2020 taught us 🌼: 1. Nature gives and heals 2.Physical distance doesn't mean you feel more distant from your loved ones 3. You can't blame anyone else for the barriers you create. You build them yourself. 4.Everyone's pain is real to them 5.Judging people based on their social media is unfair 6.Slowing down allows us to notice things we didn't notice before 7.Reach out more to people 8.Asking for help doesn't make us weak 9.Forgive, forget, and apologize. Life is too short. 10. You will never receive anything you can't handle.
Be present in the moment. ✨ That’s my biggest learning this year. I cannot imagine why I always lived in the past or future when everything leads to the present!
@@poojasoni1407 Me too! Surprisingly, it is not easy. I often forget I am thinking about something else and have to force myself to come back to the present.
The last quote that you spoke about is actually a verse in Quran and whenever I go through a lot in life I just read it and remember that God knows that I can do it so it boosts me to give more in a magical way 🥰
What I learned: life is too short so be with whoever you wanted to be with, call your grandparents or visit every day because they’re not going to last forever, love your parents, take time to understand yourself and your surroundings. Do not insist on the things that are not working out because they are just not meant to be for you and same goes for relationships. Know HOW and WHERE and WHEN and most importantly on WHO to spend your energy. LOVE YOURSELF. I learned from you Radhi so many things and I love you so much, so glad to have you
this year I have learnt about seeing life in different perspectives. I am learning to take care of myself as well instead of just caring about others. I have seeked for help and work onto a happier and healthier life every day. I hope we all will have a great continuation of our journey ❤
One thing I’ve decided to do this year is to write letters. Phone conversations and messages are ok and sometimes you need immediate response or gratification. But letters make you sit, center and focus. You can really think of what you want to say and look at the words and think even more.
Wow, powerful list! To point 8. I wanted to add that sometimes (=especially in my experience of 2020) the people we ask for help sometimes can't give it, and that this is also okay (because they are busy with themselves so we don't need to feel rebuked really). In solution I either keep asking someone else or I turn to myself to "figure this one out myself", and that actually worked small wonders for me so far. I know I can't do EVERYTHING myself - but some things, yes. :)
thank you for reminding me something i forgot along the way.....to forgive n forget and choose love happiness and kindness over ego.....cause life's too short....
6:15 ... I always think about that... And I love her so SO much.. There are people like radhi, Jay, Lilly, Amber scholl who reminds me to be what I am and helps me in so many ways... Can't thank you enough 💛
I realized that the risks I was willing to take, my family was waiting for me to prove them wrong for them to enjoy the results of my experiences; in the end, I realized how much bravery it’s asking to just follow your own heart and struggling with the considerations of a family that says « we’re here for you » yet I sometimes wish someone would evolve alongside me; I’m grateful to my parents, to every person having impacted my life in their own ways. From now on, I wish to focus mainly on getting myself comfortable with experiences that are new and excitingly fun; I want to be the love for which the people I admire can come to me, and, while I’m a tiny bit afraid of being judged by them, I’m getting comfortable that the first one to love myself, is me. Thanks Radhi; you look a little like me when I self-reflect; intensely into what you’re doing; we can talk a bit shall we meet (if we both fancy it only 🙏🥰) Be blessed and for all of those that wish to support me, my Instagram: @aurelie_raza
Thanks Radhi for this video that bring lots POSITIVE vibes. Facing some Hardship and I'm watching this over and over again to KEEP ME UPLIFTED! I'm GRATEFUL!
I hardly ever comment on videos but you have so quickly become one of the most uplifting and relatable people I watch on youtube. Thank you so much for speaking honestly and from the heart! x
I can so relate to you. On how you look for others opinions on things you want to do. Being lazy and creating execuses for not doing things. Thank you for this Radhi. I feel like failure at times.now I know there are many ppl out there who go through this
It is also interesting to see which relationships kind of drop off and cease to continue. You really learn which relationships are solid and which ones aren't.
I learnt some things about myself which I have ignored in the past and have not paid much importance to, and that is, how resilient we all can be and how very resilient I have been throughout this year. I think I realise more and more that resilient is a beautiful and magical gift that I have and that vulnerability is my biggest strength.
I appreciate you Radhi To be honest I have been facing tough times during the year (so lazy, unproductive, insecured) But I'll definitely change in next year. Make it productive!! I believe I'll learn new things to do😇
Hi Radhi How inspiring!. The biggest lesson for me during this difficult period, was never to take relationships for granted. I am yet to see my family and miss them terribly. You and Jay should take care. And a big thank you for being my strength during this difficult time. Stay blessed alwayz!🙏🌹
I’ve learnt that I’m a really happy person. It may sound too way simple, but it’s true. I didn’t used to appreciate things and people I have, used to take it for granted. I was complaining so much! Now I’m on my way to being more grateful for what I have.
Radhi, you’re breathtakingly beautiful. Both in and out honestly!💕 Both Jay and you are light amidst darkness. Bringing such positivity, joy and gratitude. I mean I can’t express how lovely and amazing humans you both are!❤️ I hope you continue to being like this, because we need more humans like you, existing and living in this universe. Legit soulmates you both are!❤️
Dear Radhi, I'm Marta, from Mallorca (a little island in Spain) (: I'm writing you just to tell you how inspiring you are to me. Girl, your smile, your vibes and your energy are amazing! I would love to meet you one day and talk about life, when i watch your videos i feel incredible connected with you. I've been practicing Vipassana meditation for 2 years now and MANY (practically all) the things you say are connected with the way of living that i'm having now, and having people around with this mindset (even if it's a influencer, a youtuber, a great person online, whatever you call yourself) fulls my heart. I just wanted to say this to you. Thank you for your good energy, internet needs more people like you, more real people with a big heart full of love and compassion. By the way, you share a lot your love for your family, i love it. It's amazing what a kid that has been well loved can be. ps: i love your earrings! where are them from? haha Sending you a big hug from Spain. With love, xx Marta
I appreciate seeing the Love You and Jay share together. It is so healing for me and I'm sure many others to see healthy lovingly expressive relationships...So needed in this world that is hurting. Love Heals. 🙏 Part of the Me too movement is sharing the realizations of how our healthy minded loving male companions ignite our heart, mind, body, and soul to soar. You are absolutely lovely Radhi and I appreciate your raw beauty inside and out. 🙏 Yes, connected at the heart...such a gift.
2020 allowed us to take a step back and slow down and although sadly we had a lot of struggles and pain I believe we as a species/planet needed this awakening, we are so much more than just a program. Each one of us has a beautiful special gift that is unique to ourselves. And I am so grateful for the people in my life including Radhi and Jay, even though we are not physically together you guys have truly helped me with my life vision and goals. And ultimately truly loving myself 2021 is going to be a magical year! so much love for everyone :)
The point about relationships over distances is so true. With a lack of distance our minds constantly have to observe and react to others around us which can reduce loneliness but also cause stress because there is just not enough thinking capacity available for other things in life. I actually think that this kind of mental stress and exhaustion is the single only reason why people fight even though they don't want to. It's just something that happens when human beings are constantly surrounded by other existences. It slowly over time reduces our ability to give our interactions the needed attention for "mindfull" conversations.
Absolutely love your youtube videos and ig posts. One thing I learned in 2020: How deactivating instagram for months is actually such a cleansing process. The amount of media that we consume can really have a huge impact on our energy levels and honestly it might make us more anxious sometimes than we already are. 2) It suprises me how its so difficult to build habits and have them stick for a long time. I had a morning routine for doing yoga and meditation and after I got back my score for a standarized exam I took, I felt demotivated, lazy, lathargic just felt it was too hard to get back up again and go through another round of studying, but I'm finally geting back into swing of things and its really all about taking that first step. 3) I didn't realize how much reading books was something I missed doing and I'm glad I started doing that again. 4) So glad to have come across youtubers that focus on self development. Self development was one of the themes I focused on this year and continue to do so in 2021. No more excuses, Lets go💯.
You are the best when it comes to sharing things with other. It's really help others to see in the mirror where one can readjust himself and become a person he/she might wanted to be. Thank for sharing great knowledge with us. Love and support from India 🇮🇳 ♥ ❤
I think number 4 lesson is so real. when I looked at my co-workers getting laid off during March, I thought I was going to be fine when i heard the same.. but no.. omg when it hits, I truly feel that pain. So my biggest lesson this year is you can't tell others what to do when you are not in their shoes, it is truly challenging. I think all of this lessons are valuable and very much valid to what happened in 2020. Thank you for sharing your favorite quote, I shall repeat that within myself as well : everything happens to you are meant for you, and there is nothing happened to you that you cannot handle ! :)
Thanks for sharing, Radhi. My mantra for this year has been we are only given what we can handle. I can handle everything that is thrown at me in this moment otherwise I wouldn’t be experiencing it . Sending you all love ♥️♥️
Thank you for taking time and opennes for sharing, it helps a lot to see a radiant soul and your human personalities struggles and beautiful solutions. Keep on making these videos i really enjoy them. Personal request : more vlogs during a random day / spiritual teachings. Or anything you feel. Have a beautiful day🌞🌈
This is amazing advice ❤️ I’m going through a really difficult breakup right now and this was everything I needed to hear. There are so many videos out there right now about the new year yet this is the ONLY one I felt compelled to watch. I don’t know if I was sent to watch this by some higher power or just bc I admire your wisdom and spirit. Either way, I’ll definitely be referring to this video a lot in the new year!
Love this!!! love the energy and positive thinking! Also I thought I was speaking fast but you speak so much faster ;) I totally agree with all you have said and as per current lockdown situation in UK so far I am taking it day by day, working on myself, trying to understand what I have to offer to the world to make it better and at the same time be more kind to myself. This year I would definitely focus more on good things and let them shine through, acknowledge my weaknesses but do not fear! Take more risks and get out of comfort zone more! Thank you for this video! love xx
Best things i came to know in 2020 is : I came to know about you girl Loved every thing you shared with us . I feel gratitude towards you because of your positive vibes and gratitude towards me that i am so blessed to meet you one social media♥️
Ok, you saying that you are abit lazy and get excited for new things and projects but then get abit bored and move on to the next thing is TOTALLY ME!!!! I do ayurveda too AND I have big long curly hair like you too (except i'm blonde)... ok, nice to know there is someone at least a little similar and you'ev helped me to see I jiust need to STARTTTTT!!!!!!!
2020 lesson for me was patient, meditate and revaluate my life . I started homeschooling our two daughters and it's ben a wonderful adventure. I've put my mental health in priority (mostly towards the end of this year) Its definitely been one of the most learning lessons ever
This is really encouraging to hear, I struggle with finishing what I start all the time vid I have my heart set on starting a UA-cam. Thanks for sharing your honesty
All this for the 1st time made me realize how fairy of a life u had comparatively n how self indulged the journey must have been to not ponder beyond surface or ponder beyond once experience n circumstances!!
Thankyou so much radhi for sharing your lessons with us. It helps us in many ways and we love you ❤️ please upload more such videos they are so inspiring ❤️ i love watching and listening you ❤️
I related to you so much when you said you start something new, youre so excited about it, but later it quickly fizzles out. A habit that I will break in 2021
Hello Radhi ! Thank you so much for sharing Lesson 3 really speaks to me... I’m a real procrastinator and afraid to start (and finish) projects... but we need to push ourselves at some point. Surpass the fear. And lesson 10 too. Real struggle. For a long time, I was rejecting life, asking why my environment and family and everything has to be like this, all the time. There will never be an answer. We just have to accept and live fully as much as we can, without overthinking. Because everything happens for a reason and we can handle this. And that’s how we grow. Somehow. Anyway Long comment 😅 Thank you for being you and sharing ! You and Jay are the bests !
I love your messages and videos 🥰 Thank you 🙏 ✴✴✴ Happy & healthy New Year to everyone who is reading this right now✴✴✴ I hope all your deepest wishes will come true this year ❤🥰😍🤗🙏🌞
I really enjoy following you. I was wondering if you would do a video on how to make a plan for the new year, like writing down what you want to accomplish. I'm struggling to find a way to prioritize and find a way to have a routine and such. Any advice you may have would be really helpful.
My grandmother died and a few others and I weren't able to visit her for 10 years. We've had a tough time at home, and I don't know how to build closure from it. Usually, I toughen up like a rock in these cases, because I'm the only one supporting my mother here. Once grandmother passed, I felt like my hard work shut down instantly. I don't know how to carry forward, my mental state has been quite slow.
Radhi you always cherish me, Thank u for that. My new year is engaged with college exams... I just needed something like this. I feel like you are there for me as my elder sister. Lots of love. 💕💕💕From Nepal♥️🥰
This was absolutely beautiful and enlightening!!! I relate to a lot of what you said and here's hoping 2021 is an amazing year full of ups and downs for everyone!!!
The one thing I truly learnt by being alone is that I am the source of both positivity and negativity and I will choose sunshine over darkness for me and others ❤️
Hi Radhi, Honestly, I've never seen a person like you who motivates, spreads positive vibes and sharing good and healthy recipes. I'll be loving you forever as a person who got motivated through your vibes❤️. Coming to this video, yes it helped me a lot. Truly, you've shared few life principles. Hopefully, this video helps many people. Sending all the love from INDIA. Thank you...
And also sorry forgot to wish you and everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR ( although we are having more 3 days to it ) Hope y'all be having a year how you wanted to be! 😄😄😄
Could you please do a separate video on not doing/completing things due to fear of failure and what's helped you overcome this. This is me and I want to move past the version of me that never completes what she starts. Thanks Rhadi ❤️
LOVED Thiss video!! Thank you for sharing thiss lovely!! Happy New year to you and Jay!! Sending you and Jay LOADS OF LOVE, BLESSINGS AND HUGS!!❤️❤️❤️✨

I've put my mental health in priority (mostly towards the end of this year)
Its definitely been one of the most learning lessons ever
This is really encouraging to hear, I struggle with finishing what I start all the time vid I have my heart set on starting a UA-cam. Thanks for sharing your honesty
You are so young but wise and I love to hear you! ❤️🙏😘
A habit that I will break in 2021
I'm super super happy to feel amazing energy through your video! You inspired me in life. Much love from Indonesia, Radhi ❤️🌺🌿
Hello Radhi !
Thank you so much for sharing
Lesson 3 really speaks to me...
Somehow.
Anyway
Long comment 😅

I really enjoy following you. I was wondering if you would do a video on how to make a plan for the new year, like writing down what you want to accomplish. I'm struggling to find a way to prioritize and find a way to have a routine and such. Any advice you may have would be really helpful.
Many blessings, love and peace. Have a lovely day everyone. Best wishes to you and Jay for 2021

you just give me so much strength and power. sending you lots of love Radhi
I just did a thank you post for 2020 and my idol does things I learnt in 2020.. what a feeling...
