Feeling Whitney talks about his previous life before being famous. If you like his music you must get touch about this. When I heard it I wanted to hug him then.
And it's not always about the flow and beat. Lyrics are stronger than any beat. And I feel that's what this is about. Besides isn't music about lyrics?
Music is about versatility, which Post Malone unfortunately shows a severe lack of with this album. My comments about his Feeling Whitney track were less about the uninteresting story telling he was doing and more about the uninteresting way he saw fit to engage listeners into his life experience on a track where he essentially went acapella. Malone in my opinion is an artist who shines WITH great production, not without.

Just discovered Post this month. Dude's got _some_ writing talent and solid vocals, but for the genre of music he's being sold into... I agree with you, he's carried by the production crew. I think he's made a lot of good contacts that are going to help carry him and tap into greater talent. Looking forward to more from him.

2016 was such a good year for albums we had The Weeknd, Post Malone, Skepta, Drake, Kanye West, Future, J. Cole, Giggs, DJ Khaled, 6LACK, Gucci Mane, DJ Mustard, Travis Scott, Kevin Gates, ScHoolboy Q, TWENTY88, Frank Ocean, 2 Chainz, A$AP Ferg and even more
The reason it has so many tracks is because the label made him put his older hits on it, like White Iverson and Too young.

Leave always hits me in the feels, for me one of if not the best on the album. His vocals are top notch.
Go Flex is realllllyyy old. But I agree it's good and I loved it when it first dropped. And I think Leave is one of the best tracks on the album and I understand how you thought it wasn't good because you compare those two tracks after hearing both of them for the first time. But they shouldn't be compared. Go flex is something everyone should've already heard and went and had it's time. Listen Leave as it's own and it can be a little more appreciated. But over all great review. I never seen your channel before but I'm glad I came across it today.
Loved the vid man! Little suggestion, you should turn off "re-sampling" so the video doesn't have the slight ghosting effect, besides that great as always!

I'm a huge post Malone fan. I fuck with all the songs on the album. I like the country songs too. I think that from a critic's point of view, u have to leave that hip hop mindset and go to a country style mindset to be able to know how those songs can be critiqued. But him throwing country in there is also a part of him not being boxed in with his music. I feel like a lot of people don't like the country or country/hip hop that he does because it's not strictly hip hop like they expect because theyve been stuck on only hip hop. feeling Whitney goes hard, up there goes hard, hollywood dreams/come down goes hard, go flex goes hard. like he's got talent. I don't think I can name another artist that can combine the two genres of music the way he does. hes fucking good.
