It's amazing how far Steve has come. We were both in college at the same time and I remember finding this kid on youtube and thinking it was the greatest thing. Since then, we've seen such growth in this guy's life.. he's actually making it in life through all the dedication and hard work in i think high school? and college years.. got the recognition, put in the time.. he's now at Sports Net, wrote a stinking book, is nearly a national celebrity, has been married for over 5 years (i feel like that was yesterday), has a beautiful kid, a beautiful house, and is still taking in that youtube paycheck. And here I am.. a social worker saving money at my parent's house, a girlfriend that may not workout.. and searching. Good for him. May we all strive to have the passion and discipline of Dangle.

For me the turning point in your videos was the Carlyle re signed video where you just seemed to nail anger, frustration and humour. Ever since I think you’ve found your best self in terms of making videos that are always enjoyable.

When McDavid killed the Leafs and Eberle scored his first career hat trick in the same game Ugh. Your reaction to Matthews’ ridiculous wrist shot goal against the Blue Jackets.

One of my personal favorites is LFR10 Game 68, titled Cat Litter. The Leafs played so badly that you wrote an invoice to the Leafs demanding your Tuesday night back (you made your postal code L0L 1967, lol) because you had to watch that trash performance, and the emotional damages that it caused Mrs. Dangle and your dog. It was so subtle that you could have easily missed it if you didn't pause it, but one of the funniest Easter eggs you've ever included in a video. Also, the Dangle Pie episodes that you used to do. You need to bring that gimmick back from time-to-time lmao.

I'm probably not that uncommon; I came on board because of the #1 video; I'm not even a Leafs fan, but when I saw a couple of other videos about the 'Incident', there were a few comments mentioning 'Dangle's reaction video.' One of them included a link...and here I am. I mentioned it before, and I'll mention it again. The David Ayres video belongs in the Hockey Hall of Fame. What made it even more epic was afterward when I watched the opening of the PREVIOUS video when they beat the Pens 4-0 and Steve was drinking out of the Stanley Cup. Next game...legendary.
A few years down the road you need to do the trade tree that involved Edmonton getting Griffin Reinhart for 2 picks. The two picks ended up being Anthony Beauvillier and MATHEW BARZAL! I couldn't imagine seeing Barzal and McDavid on the same line.

The interesting part about the top 10 is that today, 3 of the top 10 videos are from this past year. Games 4 and 5 of the qualifying round and obviously the zamboni drive game. This just shows how much of a clown car of a season 2019-20 was for the Leafs. Also, the TJ Brodie video almost cracks the top 10.

I think I can venture a guess why your most popular Videos are about the Leafs losing. When we are sad after a bad thing, you help us be less sad because you remind us we're not the only ones, and by the time we finish the LFR video, we even understand a little better about WHY we're sad, why the bad thing happened in the first place...and why we'll still be back for the next game. That's right...LFR is the 1-litre tub of Haagen-Dazs we need when the Hockey Gods tell us they just want to be friends because Boston has a better car and a nicer condo.

I'm probably not that uncommon; I came on board because of the #1 video; I'm not even a Leafs fan, but when I saw a couple of other videos about the 'Incident', there were a few comments mentioning 'Dangle's reaction video.' One of them included a link...and here I am.
I mentioned it before, and I'll mention it again. The David Ayres video belongs in the Hockey Hall of Fame. What made it even more epic was afterward when I watched the opening of the PREVIOUS video when they beat the Pens 4-0 and Steve was drinking out of the Stanley Cup. Next game...legendary.
A few years down the road you need to do the trade tree that involved Edmonton getting Griffin Reinhart for 2 picks. The two picks ended up being Anthony Beauvillier and MATHEW BARZAL! I couldn't imagine seeing Barzal and McDavid on the same line.
The next gen game from this season is the first leafs game I watched live and then I saw your video....then I just didn’t stop watching your videos, and now I’m a leafs fan. I blame you....also thanks.

I'm a Nashville guy and the "Nope" video was my first introduction to Steve Dangle. Been an avid viewer ever since.
The interesting part about the top 10 is that today, 3 of the top 10 videos are from this past year. Games 4 and 5 of the qualifying round and obviously the zamboni drive game. This just shows how much of a clown car of a season 2019-20 was for the Leafs. Also, the TJ Brodie video almost cracks the top 10.
This was great. I started watching probably a month before the nashville game and, not being a leafs fan, didn't know they lost 9-2 until the video popped up in my sub box. Hooked ever since

Next Leafs playoff series I would pay good money to see you watch the game with Luca and Eric, the Bardown refs. Corwin could join you as well. I would take the Amtrak from Philly to join in on the fun!!! I would wear either my Black 2004 Marty World Cup jersey, (black good for a funeral) or 2000 or 01 Marty Devs Cup jersey or 1981 Tretiak Canada Cup jersey (9-2) OH WOW that would be soo much FUN.

When we are sad after a bad thing, you help us be less sad because you remind us we're not the only ones, and by the time we finish the LFR video, we even understand a little better about WHY we're sad, why the bad thing happened in the first place...and why we'll still be back for the next game.
That's right...LFR is the 1-litre tub of Haagen-Dazs we need when the Hockey Gods tell us they just want to be friends because Boston has a better car and a nicer condo.
