Started listening to all screaming music at like 16 years old. I consider myself an afficionado. Very few band in this genera I don't know. How rolo made it past me until I was 39 and then becomes my favorite band is.......wild! Instant love.

Idk about my favorite but something very similar happened to me
I started following a FB page called Mathcore Index and they post Rolo Tomassi playing Fofteen live in a strange venue and I was hooked
The post has around 1 million views and I believe even the band commented on how strange it is that it went fairly viral when the video has existed for well over a decade on UA-cam and other platforms
