Hey Donny, been watch your videos for years. I’ve play Hmong volleyball for years and playing on grass is what we do. Outdoors volleyball on grass is kinda like beach volleyball with the ability to move faster. More arm swing, lower explosive jumps and more core control in mid-air to hit the ball. Understanding the wind and how it effects the ball. More thing to keep in mind. Keep the video coming.
My friend bought the same net a few months ago and we have been playing volleyball outside with these nets. They are very nice and very easy to set up!
Meanwhile, I waited a week for my ball to arrive and I broke it the second day. Now I´m practicing sets with a house wall and a volleyball that deflates every hour.
Hello coach Donny how are you? I really appreciate the help you’re giving us during COVID 19. I was wondering when you are going to upload video 5 and 6 for COVID 19 home workout. Thx again
Coach Donny, I also have the bad habit of starting my approach early when hitting. But I’ve noticed as I try to wait longer to start my approach, I keep hitting balls into the net. I don’t know if I just need to work on jumping higher or if I need to get there faster somehow. Any advice on how I can improve?
When I was in middle school 🏫 I had no nets so at home I would make a big sock ball as a volleyball and have a person throw a ball to me and I would smack it down to the chair a bit weird but helped me improve my timing
Coach Donny - I've been looking everywhere but do you know of a volleyball net that is half or less the length of a normal one? My yard is not as wide for a full net but would love to practice with one.
coach I play outside hitter and recently I've been playing opposite, I tend to broad jump a lot, and actually, it feels like it packs power when I do so, but when I switched to opposite my broad jump is out of rhythm, is broad jumping a bad habit in itself? or OH and OP have different playstyle and I should approach each position differently? .... nice vid, by the way, fulfills our volleyball crave.
I know you got the net from a buddy but could you make a video about how to set up and adjust the court lines to the actual size of indoor vball specifications? Because when you first buy the park and sun net, the court lines are really wide and big. So the court ends up being like way bigger than how an actual court is suppose to be. Idk if that made sense but if you did get any of what I said then it would be much appreciated if you can make a video about how to readjust the court lines for outdoor nets. Because I play alot of outdoor vball but we always have trouble adjusting the court size. Thank you!!!
hey i have a problem i am changing from beach volleyball to classic volleyball in beach volleyball i improved to another group in 3 months because was motived what should i know that are massive changes in classic volleyball? and techniques?

Question, is this any better than the cheaper park and sun models?
Amazing as always

There really aren’t that many changes except you get to play with more females so you might not get the ball all the time
