Hitting the lid with a knife is a great way to open a jar when stuck but as a chef I recommend using the back side of the knife so you don’t damage the blade. A sharp knife is your safest knife
I absolutely love this video Lucie. I also cook the honey ginger garlic tofu literally every week! We love it! My husband does not follow a vegetarian diet and usually uses the same sauce to marinate chicken or shrimps .It is our favorite recipe all year around.

Try broiling a tomato..or onion..put balsamic vinegar in the tomato after coring it and maybe some parmesan cheese.
