Note: This is v1. With v2, you need to attach the brake cable to the brake handle by squeezing the handle and inserting the little cylinder at the end of the cable then threading the bare cable thru the slot. It's a little tricky to get the cable protector around the end of the handle, but once you do, it slides into a hole and stays secure. Pretty easy, but the manual didn’t get updated to show it.
Hi there, I got this scooter and I’m having a hard time plugging the small part of the charger into the scooter I keep pushing in but it won’t go all the way into the charging port. It almost looks like it doesn’t fit in, I received a replacement and still having issues. Am I doing it wrong? Please send any tips you may have
I'm sorry that you're having trouble. Could it be that the port on your charger is defective? You may need to send that part back to the company or send the entire scooter back

Was there any sort of safety pin that you’re supposed to insert down at the folding leaver at the bottom?

On the version 1. There was no pin to insert. It came pre-installed. Perhaps on the V2?
