I’m not sure how many women in here are realizing it yet, but men in 2024 are not exactly turned on by the women in 2024… I’ll just leave it at that. I am more of a traditional gal, but also very open to what other adults want to do in their own lives and as long as it doesn’t hurt others… just curious if women are noticing the shift. I have heard from men- good men- who are basically saying that AI may be a better option for some men at this point… this is dangerous because Americans aren’t having enough kids to secure our future. We need 2.3 kids per couple- and we are at about 1.3 average… (i’m sure this comment/ opinion won’t be popular😂)

I met my soulmate at your age but he was 11 years older than me and passed at age 71. The guys I meet 60 and older ( that's my range just a preference) are so immature. I was so spoiled in many ways. Since I only have one leg , at 55 it's tough.
However when I first got the leg off , I was doing all the wrong work outs .
So I started watching different stuff. I do the right leg lift with 10 pounds about 50 a day. It's hard doing an ab lift . But my hubby bought me 2 bars that are about 3 feet long they glue into the floor, and I can use them to get into the shower and such.
But I set them on each side and I was doing 10 body lifts a day with just using my arms .
Over the last couple weeks I have made it up to 30 a day.
When I was in the hospital last time, they were like " okay call us when you need to use the bathroom and such ". My nurse came in around 4 or 5 hours and she was like don't you have to use the restroom? I was like yeah I have used it twice and took a shower . She was shocked that I could do it on my own.
People don't realize that just because they are paralyzed or have one leg or arm, that they have to have a babysitter.
My hubby will get me pizza or food from a restaurant, but I do the cooking, I still clean an such.
He does the laundry because he likes to do it . I do help fold clothes !
People can do anything they want when they want if they try.
No need to cry and complain.

Danna! Tanning is so harmful to your skin! Only safe way to ‘tan’ is a good self-tanner.
Girl I have mentioned sunscreen several times or a hat. One of my regrets is not wearing sunscreen cause my skin has aged poorly to say the least. Ten mins of early morning sun is good but beyond it stresses me out. It honestly shocks me her healthy living while damaging her largest organ. Hearing someone talk about actively pursuing sun damage, which is what a tan is , is like seeing someone smoking a cigarette. I always think it’s 2024 do people really still do that? I love watching her she is a great human being but not one person that’s 45 + looks in the mirror and thinks they are proud of not protecting their skin.
