Just a tip to keep your topper from moisture build up. Pull your covers back and air your bed while you attend to morning wash up and dressing, maybe coffee? And then make your bed. Results in much more comfortable sleep. And let’s those gasses escape. But most important is the moisture release. It can turn your foam topper moldy…..

I learned about this several years back as it also helps with lessening dust mites. It was a hard habit to change tho as from childhood I made up my bed upon arising.

I live sooo close to the beach (Fort Myers and Sanibel) and I know how good beach walking/shelling/nature/salt water therapy are for my mental and physical health. I haven't been consistant about going since Hurricane Ian (for lots of reasons). I'm committing to making myself take a beach day at least once a week, starting tomorrow. I have seen SO many married women's closets and I even organized their summer vs winter clothing and I just feel like your have normal clothes; or all the ladies I cleaned house for had lots of clothes. I think a person who works from home or a young person of a younger generation might not have lots of clothes. Or someone who has kids and is focused on keeling house might not have tons of clothes, but singles with no kids and well to do folks, which were the ones that paid me to clean while I was in college, then I kept doing a house or 2 on the side definately have some styles snd lots of closets full. The husbands had even more clothes. 😅But they had money for designer clothing and not fad clothing, but classics. Their purses, shoes snd hats were off the charts. It also depends what kind of job you have. Business and social entertaining, parties for work, sales trips, conferences, balls, you really don't need to be seen in the same outfits or jewelry even. But I suppose people who don't get dressed to kill everyday like I do, wouldn't have a need for a flipping incredible wardrobe. I also conceal carry, if you know what I mean, so my clothes have to be a little thicker and layered sometimes. Please dont feel bad about being single and having a gabulous wardrobe. Now if you had all your high school jeans that don't fit you and 15 ugly bathrobes, then no, just no.

Like you, I was a toe head as a wee one, but my hair went ash or some say dishwater blonde,lol. Used to get highlights, but now I don't have to because it's doing it all on it's own now that the bloom is off the rose, if you get my drift,lol. The amount of exercise you are getting from all the weight lifting of furniture, running back and forth everywhere is more than enough, it's exercise, and more than most exercise programs, so please be kind to yourself. In the meantime glad you are spending time with friends, let's keep that happening. Thanks for taking us along.❤️👍
