An interesting question. Selkath are now canon, but their story in KOTOR is non-canon. Manaan might be canon though. Rakata Prime is a canon planet by the way.
***** Yes, surely it was canon at the time. Dave Filoni himself was quite respectful towards EU, that's why we see Selkath, Republic Commandos, Senator from Taris, and various other things are also mentioned (like Battle of Dantooine). Revan himself was supposed to appear as a ghost in one of the episodes.
The character design for Padme is really weird. It's got all these weird angular features that don't look a thing like Natalie Portman and these deep creases that make her look middle-aged when the character is supposed to be in her 20s, which stands out even more because the voice actress actually has a very young-sounding voice like Natalie Portman's.
she's not supposed to be in her 20s. she was that age when she first met Anakin as a small child, so at least 15 years gap, if not more. in this series Anakin is in his 20s so making her look mid 30 or around 40 is appropriate.
Verliebt Padme's only 5 years older than Anakin. He was 9 and she was 14 in TPM. He was 19 and she was 24 when they reunited 10 years later in AotC. He was 23 and she was 28 in RotS.
