Negative thoughts are from devil, ignore it, it should not reach your tongue as well as you must also not believe those thoughts. Use empowering words and empowering sentences and repeat it consciously by writing or speaking so that to remove the negatively trained unconscious mind by the devil. اعوذ بالله من اشيطن الرجيم. Also ignore such negative disempowering words from people because these words are coming from their devil. And prepare for the real success inshaAllah

Sub conscious mind is controlled by conscious mind so consciously thinks watch and note whether it is positive or not ,observe your every action and thinking suddenly after some time you will notice but it need real practice.
