Orange Piccolo is definitely my favorite transformation in the movie, it was perfectly executed. Beast goes hard but it cannot beat it.

Imo Orange Piccolo is really really weird. I can never like that form, looks terrible. The scene when he transformed was good but the outcome is not it. But beast is insane, the transformation was amazing and the form itself looks crazy. If Toriyama explains what tf is it then I think I can accept it. Orange Piccolo will require a long time to get used to. But I love that he finally got a huge power up so he can catch up to Goku and Vegeta. He really needed that.
@@simple_playz so u think gohan blanco but with longer hair and no logical reasoning is amazing whereas orange piccolo which was the form that potrayed his namekian roots + being such a cool design compared to gohan's where just his hair and eye colour changed ...

Funny thing is, Super Hero was originally meant to be a Piccolo solo film, but Akio Iyoku, Toriyama’s right hand man suggested throwing Gohan in there too to garner more interest in the film.
So while Gohan was inevitably the hero of this film, Piccolo was truly the protagonist.
Overall, I’m so glad that not only was Piccolo the protagonist of a film, but got TWO NEW FORMS. It felt like Toriyama saying “Sorry for making Big Green irrelevant for so long, here you go.”
Piccolo is also Toriyama's favorite character and you can tell the effort he put in making Piccolo epic again
they also made gohan relevant again in the same movie, so honestly the movie itself is just a dub for gohan and piccolo fans lmfao
he only got one new form, giant piccolo was already a thing

I really like the direction Toriyama is writing the character for Pan. She’s not only adorable but also, enjoyable and I hope to see her grow into an awesome character moving forward.

Haveing the movie mostly focus on piccolo and Gohan wall Goku and Vegeta are training on beerus' planet with broly is great as it put the strong characters aside and focuses more on the side character like Gohan and piccolo who really are beast im this movie

Introduced as someone completely evil fighting for his own selfish purposes but here he is selflessly using the dragon to make himself more powerful not for himself but to protect the place he calls home

Piccolo has been my favorite character since Vegeta and Nappa arrived to earth. He hasn't had a true moment like this since the Cell saga, and all his moments until now has been sorta lackluster in comparison to other characters. I am so happy to finally see him get something like this both lorewise and to make him relevant again on the power scale
yea i love that they aren't just focusing on goku and Vegeta too much like in naruto where Shippuden is just abt sauskue and naruto and no else gets any shine like in kid naruto
Don’t forget when he got one over freeza back on namek. Then there was also his fight with goku in DB. And of course, his legendary episode With goku when learning how to drive-which kinda helped him here.

Piccolo is my alltime favorite character in all of anime (ever since I watched DBZ when I was young), and finally he got his time to shine after soooo looooong! I was so glad that this movie came out :)
I liked that piccolo never relied on transformations, so when I heard he gets a new form I was ready not to like it, but I can't, the transformation ties perfectly with his namekian roots and the dragon balls themself and I love it

Aimin, just in case you didn’t noticed in the fight vegeta was using jirens fighting style that’s why he had good defense in the first 35 seconds.

Atleast in canon,he was kind of lying to piccolo.
He was training in secret for the special beam canon.
Piccolo required roughly 5 years to master it.
So Gohan must be training hard to master his ki control.
Also he was stated to have been training throughout the moro and granolah saga.

I love how they show the subtle differences between how goku and vegeta have been training. Goku literally stumbles and is off balance multiple times at the start of the fight because he just trains his body, whereas vegeta is steady as a rock because he is training his mind hence why it’s almost ui like in his movements.
Poor Shenron, being subjected to grant the most petty wishes, from underwear to bigger buns. How humiliating it must be for Shenron.
The other Shenrons just doing useful stuff and our Shenron’s just there giving wishes like make me young or attractive and shit
Honestly shenron doesn't care on what wishes he does. But maybe the shadow dragons would. But the chances of them appearing is very low.

Seeing how Gamma 2’s punches weren’t affecting Orange Piccolo took me back to the previous movie when that drunk soldier couldn’t make Broly flinch with his punches. Knowing this makes me want to see a 1 v 1 fight with Broly and Orange Piccolo.
I think broly at ssjfp still wins. But it should be an interesting contest. But beast Gohan solos both and it's not even close

In the Vegeta vs. Goku sparring match you mentioned Vegeta was just defending for most of it. Something a lot of people don’t pick up on (mostly due to DBS kinda throwing it out the window) is that in DBZ Vegeta is very much so a defensive, ranged fighter. He likes to fight defensively until he can get an opening to fire a powerful blast whereas Goku has always been the exact opposite, applying as much pressure as possible with a full-frontal offense until his opponent is staggered enough for him to get in a big hit or a blast

The worst part about Bulma’s wishes is that she’s the richest woman on earth and she apparently can’t pay for a simple cosmetic surgery, literally this woman asked for a bigger dumpie, and just 2 millimeter longer lashes. 2 FREAKING MILLIMETERS, Toriyama should canonize the Shadow dragon story line when the dragon balls became corrupted through overuse

There were 7 Shadow Dragons in GT (though there were more wishes than 7 between DB and Z), but imagine a bunch of really weak Shadow Dragons that worked as a group, all based off of Bulma’s cosmetic wishes, on top of all the other Shadow Dragons we already know?

Man i have waited for this Gohan to return. That Transformation to SSJ straight and beyond was beyond awesome. On the whole i did not think the movie was that spectaculair. It had alot of been here done that moments. But Gohan still made it great. When he is tested to his limits he is a being in his own class.

Let’s remember it’s said that Gamma 1 and 2 are about as strong as Goku and Vegeta themselves. You can make an idea of how strong Orange Piccolo is if he one shot Gamma 2 and received several of his attacks without flinching.
