Brian Salter composed Groovedeux, Hi-Tech, Jet Set, Man o War, and Tropicalist; Paul Sebastien composed Hardtek, Kraftytechy, Popster, and Schizo Trance. Synchrotronic was a collab between Brian and Paul.
I found this when searching to see if I needed to upload Popster. And I did, because this version doesn't have the amazing Barry White-esque lyrics. But beyond that, this video is rad and I'm happy to be listening.
Ah, this explains a lot. I was able to find a lot of old WebTV music as midi files but these weren't included for some reason. I guess it's because they're RMF's. Was looking for Jetset and Tropicalist in particular.
+Matt Man Yeah, I went through most of your playlist. Are you the dude who posted these as downloads a few years ago? There are some familiar ones there but I guess a lot of tunes were ditched after MSN took over.
I wish the same. I remember I enjoyed the music that was on my first webtv best. I sure had a lot of fun playing with the old webtv. I miss my webtv pals too.

'I Put The Sand On The Beach. Baby.'
Jet Set rocked with that 6/8 tempo!!
Man. It's crazy to think its been over 10 years since I've heard most of these tracks. Grew up with the Webtv from November 1997 to March 2005.
Thanks for uploading the webtv music. Loved my webtv, and really miss it!
Wow !! I only remember Schizo trance. I never thought I would hear this again. Thank u !

Had "Jetset" on a lot and one other I am still looking for. Thanks...
Thank you so much for uploading! I note know the names to the songs I loved to listen to while reading fanfiction all those years ago.
My favorite was "Jetset". Interesting to hear it here since I don't recall those drum sounds at all!
this is a vaporwave cd waiting to happen
I bet!

I would download this just to hear the music again.
I wish I could find the music from the original Philips/Magnavox WebTV.
have you checked out all my webtv videos? I have a lot of webtv music.

Did you manage to keep all the WebTV background songs intact?
+Xeknos yup
Sweet. Do you have them all uploaded? I spent hours listening to those background songs.

+Matt Man Awesome, many thanks, man.
Now I wish I knew where to play 'em at (the RMF files).
