Oh my goodness. I'm on UA-cam all the time. How did I miss you? You are just fantastic with your explanations. I will make this bread. My family is going to love this. I will also make it and take it to church for fellowship. Boy, will they be surprised. Shad, shad shanorhagalootuin.
So grateful for this post. Have been waiting to try this recipe for many many years! Can’t wait to to finally make it! Your explanations and demonstration are perfect!!! 😚😋😘
Iskabess akhorjhag patseer!! That last shot with the olives and feta was perfect. Great video. Haven't seen this recipe on any other middle-eastern/Armenian cooking channel.
You know, I have been looking for this recipe forever! My grandmother made them in Kessab with wheat flour and baked in a clay oven. The most delicious bread ever! Just heavenly. I’m sure this is the closest recipe to my grandmother’s. Thank you so so much. I’m definitely going to try making it.👍😄 By the way, I’m also looking for another one of my favorite grandmother’s recipes, which is called “Jifftov hatz“ it’s bread made with pounded flattened dried wrinkled olives, incorporated with the whole wheat dough and also topped on top of the dough similar to Lahmajoun and baked in clay oven. Again, it’s very much olive oil based similar to the one you just made.unbelievably tasty. If you’re familiar with this recipe, please post it. Again, much thanks.
I love your achki chop which means measuring with one's eyes. So cool!
Our Armenian food is so awesome and very healthy. God bless!
My grandma and aunt used to always make this for me. Sadly they have passed and haven't had it in years. Now we can try making it ourselves. Thank you
My Venezuelan grandma used to do the same. I didn't even remember it but watching you instantly brought back that memory 2:05

Are you using caraway seeds or Nigella seeds? It seems like fennel seeds and caraway seeds are very similar.
We are using caraway seeds here, but nigella seeds a re a great substitute! As always the ingredients and measurements are in the video description!
