    Thank you for your exercises. They are very helpful. Yes. I have Parkinsons and because of that I’ve got DYSTONIA in my left foot and hand. Very painful at times. Please post some exercises to correct that. Stay blessed. Stay happy. 😊

    excellent exercises for stroke patients like me with spastic paralysis in my left side and dystonia after 30 years from the stroke. These exercises are simple (only one movement for each exercise and good snd easy to concentrate on one side individually at a time. Thanks a lot. 😊
