I cant wait to see your morning/evening routines. I've picked up so many life upgrades from you. The best advice was about eating the same "healthy" meals that you love, limit variety. Lost 30 pounds in the past 3 years since adopting this. It's amazing when you don't have to think about what you're going to eat. I laugh that I am not your target audience, but I didn't have a mom growing up, so watching these videos are like all the life advice I should have been given. haha!
Thanks, Brandon! It's always my pleasure to see your name pop up in my comments. Bless you! Congratulations on your success, and keep up the GREAT work and positive attitude.
Tracy, I had a headache for several weeks; it may have been related to a virus because I never get headaches. I get up at 5AM each morning to start my day. I exercise shower, dress for the day. I sit for 30 mins to have a cup of tea while planning our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I love to cook. My daughter is a special needs adult; this helps me gather my thoughts and rejuvenate my body and soul. This routine helps me be the best mom I can be. 💞
love the chit chat - my husband and I are up 5;30 am everyday, two hours before necessary, weekend or not. We treasure that time together our four boys are all grown, my elderly dad and mentally challenged brother live with us. It is all good because we value that time as well as early bedtime.
I am a competitive bikini athlete with a full time job and an online personal training business. My wake up is 4:30 am and it’s hard super hard but every day we can make the decision to choose and do better. When things are a priority, there is time.
Tracy I can’t believe this video popped up in my feed today… just YESTERDAY my husband and I decided to get up at 4am together so we can go to the gym together before he goes to work. He usually gets up at 5… I sometimes get up with him, sometimes not. But…. getting up with him is the one thing he’s hinted he really really appreciates that I just don’t do for him consistently, and I’m changing that NOW. What perfect timing this was. “When the student is ready the teacher appears” 💗 (edited for spelling error)
Diva T, you have an amazing work ethic and that’s one of the main reasons I gravitated to your channel. My season of life: Our kiddos are all adults, so there’s no babies or small children to get up early for, I was blessed to have a retired my business in my 40s (I’m now mid-50s) and hubby is blessed to be working from home since the pandemic. With that being said, I still incorporate getting up just to say “thank you Lord” and go about my personal to-do list (exercise, planner, tidy home, feed fish, water plants etc…) before I even get started on the family stuff. That takes a good work ethic and I appreciate you breaking all the details down for new moms, young moms, retired moms and ladies and women in general who gain from structure and organization. Thank you for working through that “headache” and looking great with a beautiful smile the whole way. Keep your genuine and amazing spirit as you keep this community going strong.
It's wonderful how much help she had with her success road, I wish everyone would have that. Thank God for the people who help and support us with our careers, if we're lucky enough to have them!
Hi Tracy! I love these raw and real videos. I’ve currently been rewatching your empties videos while doing my cardio or driving to work and I just love them! It’s fun to see items that you share, and I love when a new product sneaks in there. But I think my favorite part of these videos is that it feels like a chit chat with a girlfriend. I commute to work and love feeling like I’m having my morning coffee with a close friend. Take care and keep up the awesome work on UA-cam!
Love story time with Tracy 💗 If you ever decide to start your podcast I will be first to listen:-) Always learning something from you😀 Thank you Tracy!
It's beautiful to be on the same sleep schedule as a couple, and I bet it enhances the relationship as well. What a great tip to implement. I used to wake up at 4am too -- in order to knock my workout routine before my 9-5 job. It was tough, especially in the beginning, but our bodies acclimate to just about anything. However, since being in business for myself for 10 years now, I definitely do not wake up at 4am anymore. I still get my exercise routine in daily, just not at 4am. I appreciate the freedom I have to create my own schedule now as a self employed. And I appreciate working out when the sun is out.
Definitely 4 am is out. My husband literally needs 9 hours of sleep, I only need 7.5-8 hrs. You are a super woman for sure! I think 6 am is more my speed.
Hi Tracy, we are retired now but still get up at 5ish to start our day. We both exercise in the morning and both like a cup of coffee before we begin our routines. For the last 10 years of my career, I got up at 3:30 each morning so that I could have a cup of coffee before heading out the door for a 5 mile power walk. I didn’t have exercise equipment in the home at that time and no interest in joining a gym. I had a professional job that required 8-5 minimum schedule Monday thru Friday so I had get back to the house by 5:30 to shower and fully get ready. At that point no small children to care for but it was still a rat race with a 30 minute commute each way. I will not work out at night so this was my option. Our neighborhood was very safe and I always had pepper spray. People thought I was crazy, I’m sure, but that routine served me. Your advice is spot on with rising early to start your day.
BEAUTIFUL story! I loved reading this. It makes complete sense you got the job done, all while having a busy schedule. Your positive attitude is evident. Thank you for taking the time to share. God Bless!
My husband and I have also been married 30 yrs, and also have always synced our sleep schedules. I have never met any other couples that do! Currently my husband starts work before 6am so alarm our goes off at 4:30. Most people are surprised that I get up with him but it’s nice to start our day together and I love having the extra time once he leaves to fit in my workout and do a few small chores before I leave at 7:15.
Love this so much! My husband and kid are both early birds that live with me, the night owl. 😍I will try harder. I live my life by "shooting from the hip". I don't want to be tied down to a schedule - I want to be footloose & fancy free - but listening to this, for some reason, like the 1st time I realized it (oh well, better late than never), the values in my life are all scheduled lol❣ .... and my way of living is not a sin, I just realized I can do both! I just kinda float around like a butterfly🦋 ..... but 🤔even butterflies have schedules🌼🦋.... I will do better 😊
I have been waking up 4 days a week to exercise between 4-4:30 am for over 20 years. I love it when you come home from work your day is yours. Am workouts don't effect anybody in the home, since they are asleep. I will say it's easier in the winter because it's dark. SUMMERTIME is hard to get to bed early. Thanks for sharing.
I've just recently found you on UA-cam and I am addicted and am in awe of your discipline. I have never been a morning person (since childhood), and typically wake up between 7-7:30a. I do wake up one day a week at 5a for a Pilates class and do generally feel better on those days. I have been trying to get up earlier each day and am prepping things the night before to save time (tips from your videos). I'm so glad I found you and love all the various topics you discuss, and I have actually adopted several things so far. THANK YOU! Now, I have to go watch the next video....while on my treadmill of course :)
Such a helpful chat, Tracy! The message from one of your previous videos about staying in your lane and when someone starts to show you who they really are believe them was so helpful to remember recently!
I always been up before the kids. It’s a sanity lifesaver to have the “Mommy zen time” For me, the wake up time is natural and it seems to work ok as evenings are usually boring after 8 or 9. When I choose to stop having a reg gig and kids don’t need me to get to school I’ll prob still be up however it’d be nice to not have the morning rush stress.
Love this! Team 4am here as well! It’s served me since I was a kid and my father was in the military. I loved waking up having that one on one time with him and now as a wife/mom that works outside of the home, while also building a business on the side, I’m so thankful that the habit stuck❤️✨! Thanks for sharing your story. It resonates fully with me…even the dinner part with kids in sports, etc. Love seeing women do what works for them and their family! Thanks for being such an inspiration. ❤️-Felicia
Hi Tracy been following you since your snap days of course but not quite since 2011! These days I get up at 630. I was put on leave from work January 1st so it's been very difficult to adjust. But I keep doing my usual routines, doing my workout, admin work and working on my new home based business, and looking for a new job. I agree thr earlier I get up, the better my day usual goes. You are successful in your business and personal life and it shows 💜💜💜
Such a pleasure to have found you and your channel. I look forward to all of your videos. Listening to you talk about your 30 year marriage and how you both were on the same schedule / routine and obviously shared values is so very important. Love your stories and congratulations !
Your Vedios Tracy is wide opener to all of us women sometimes we forgot what we've learned from school this is refresher course good you shared this to your viewers we don't need to enroll to a finishing School God bless your program
Love this! I get up at 4:30. I’ve got three littles, I’m a teacher, and hubby works evening/night shift so this is my time to work out, get my head on straight, and just have a hot minute before the crazy!
I also get up at 4:00 am I don't have to work anymore, but I still get up early. I make my coffee and get the news of the day. I love morning and can't have it any other way !
I'm up at 5am. I go to the gym and workout and I prefer this as the gym is far too busy at night. Thanks for sharing, I always enjoy watching your videos. 😀
I too thrive on a schedule. I have been getting up at 5 a.m. (when my schedule has permitted) for many years. It works for me! I'm on your wavelength! Exercise has to be on the same par as eating!
Thanks for sharing all that! Very encouraging! I’m a working mom of 2 getting things done! I’ve followed you for a while now and have learned from you a lot and my life has benefited! Many thanks!
Tbh? I’m watching this video because I’m moving into a larger house and am FINALLY going to be able to wake up earlier than everyone else and get my workout in without waking anyone up! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 So excited!
My partner and I are the opposite! We love staggering our sleep schedule by a few hours. I do think it’s mostly because we’re stuck in a queen bed, and both like to spread out. When we have enough money for a California king it will be lovely to go to sleep and wake up together!
Hey Tracy......I am looking forward to watching your updated morning routine video soon. I'm especially commenting because I want to let you know how happy and excited I am that you're sharing a more personal side of you with us.......I love it because I enjoy getting to know you more. You are an excellent communicator, and I enjoy the connection I feel with you. You are beautiful, smart, talented and I'm so fortunate to have discovered you on UA-cam years ago. Although I may not comment as often as I should, that doesn't mean I'm not watching your videos because I am. You're an excellent teacher, and I'm so thankful to be one of your students. I love you, my friend and take care!
I am admiring how organize you are🌸🌺🌸 I am an early bird, love to wake up early, but my question is how you manage social life? People love to go for dinner or even if you have family or friends over around 7 or 8, will highly appreciate any tips🙏🏻
Hi Tracy. I’ve been watching your videos for several years. You are such an organized and disciplined person! So inspiring. Please do a video on how you got into fitness. I’m trying to get in better shape and lose some weight. Thanks Sabrina
Waking up early is something I struggle with. I desire to wake up around 5am before my children that I homeschool. This video was right on time Tracy! My biggest issue is my phone. At night I am on it and by the time I am sleep it is mid-night. However on the nights I go to bed and I get up early. My bible time, workout, shower, getting dressed and laundry is done by the time my children wake up. Thank you for the tough but kind love! I am starting tonight!
So inspiring and regimented, good for you! I'm struggling with sleep and get up between 3a-4a and go to bed after 11p sometimes. Most days I have enough energy to sustain my work/home life balance.
You are amazing and I will be training myself to get into a healthier routine. I recently relocated to a much smaller home and getting adjusted has been a challenge. I KNOW that getting into a routine like yours will help me. I’m 68 and need to thrive again. Thank you!
Great story. It’s great to see how you were able to adjust your schedule to accommodate what’s important health family work. Letting us know you can fit goals in
Great video and there are a ton of great takeaways here. I start work later and work from home. However, I absolutely love getting up at 4 am to have my meditation and 2 hour workout completed before the sunrises. I love having my morning coffee to a beautiful sunrise before Starting my workday.
Loved this video Tracy. My kids start waking up at 6am so I wake at 5am and do a workout but I would like to get up slightly early to fit in a sit down with coffee before the chaos and after my workout. Looking forward to the morning routine x
Tracy, I’m inspired to be a more productive and organised person . Your nuggets and routine have made my life easier a big Thank you 🙏 love your videos and your positivity.
You're Right Tracy And Some These Peoples Are Work At 4:00 Am For Early Birds And Some Friends On Work At Day And College Times Some My Family Are Woke A 2:00 And Work On 4:00 And Some My Loving Peoples And Friends Is Loved A 7:00
@Tracy Hensel do you have a video on what type of rules or expectations you have of your 16 year old (curfews, etc)? We're moving into this phase and would love to hear what you did. Thanks
I have several videos on Parenting. In addition, I encourage you to follow me on Instagram and watch my Stories, as I extensively cover the topic of raising teens with rules and boundaries.
Hi Tracy lovely video.. can I ask when you was raising your girls did you ever get distracted by social media or other things during your day? I know social media wasn’t a big thing back in those days but was there any sort of distraction.. you have done a brilliant job with raising your beautiful 5 daughters well done Tracy xx
Great question. Yes, you are correct social media was not much of a thing. I have never been much of a social media person. I simply use it for business purposes, not so much pleasure. I don't recall being distracted, as I simply did not have time to be. Being focused is a strong suit for me.
Hi Tracy, thank you for sharing the history of the 4am wake up. I've taken so many ideas from your routine vlogs and videos. I especially like getting the workout clothes ready and put on right away when getting up. If I put on the sports bra, I'm going to work out!
I really enjoy your videos. Would you share your green smoothie recipe please? It looks so yummy and I’d like to make it for my 9 month old granddaughter. I’m sure she will love it as much as June Bug💖💖
I’m a 5am woman now for two years thanks to you I’m not even nervous about having a 3rd baby on the way because. I know what im Capable of. Thank you so much.
Hi Robyn, generally, no, I don't decline unless it doesn't serve me or my best interest. Like last night when we attended a Super Bowl gathering at my third daughter's apartment, I take the following day as a sleep-in/rest day. Although I work today, my first client isn't until 9 a.m., I scheduled today as a non-workout day and slept in. I woke up around 6:30 a.m.
Kudos to you for working through your headache. That is not easy. Enjoy your content and have for several years. Not a morning person myself so nice to hear that you aren't either but are able to make it work. I've been considering getting up earlier to find more peace and focus in my day. Thank you for the inspiration.
Okay I have to ask, what would be your recommendation for someone pregnant, has a toddler and has severe morning sickness? I was waking up at 5 and being very productive but now being pregnant im struggling a lot and would love to hear any suggestions you have 😃 Thank you for your content, it’s always so helpful and appreciated ❤
Hi! I just went through the same thing as you! Just be kind to yourself and rest up on days where you don’t feel well. On the days I felt not as sick, I would get a lot done. I asked for help a lot with my husband. I felt sick about 3 months and after I was back to normal! Just don’t be hard on yourself. Do what you can. It’s just a phase. Hope you feel better now!
.... I always got up half hour to 40 minutes earlier , so I had a bit of alone time ,before I got my daughters up for school, and got them off for thier day, and I went to work. ( The older ones are in mid thirties, my baby is 29) . I am 60+ years young now, and I actually enjoy NOT getting up so early. I am up by 6:30/ 7:00 , which is early enough for me, lol. I think the earliest I've gotten up is 5:00- 5:30 AM, but I'm no longer doing that. I do have a Morning Routine, even now, with no daughters at home. I do understand about " the trajectory " ,because I am by nature a " day person ", so I am most productive early in the day. ...I think it also has something to do with one's own " circadian rhythm " .
Thank you for sharing. I am hoping to be on a similar schedule when I am 60+ years young, as my husband will be retired then and I hopefully have phased back to working only a few hours per week. I am there, as far as no longer raising children, but my workload and Paul's schedule currently don't accommodate a later wake-up. Keep up the great work of living the good life. Blessings!
She is doing great and loving her new location. I will see her at the end of April when she comes home for an event for one of her sons and my daughter's bridal shower.
I don’t know how I came across your channel. You speak very well. I like your routines. I’m interested in what have to share. ... I got to get moving. About. ... I will return.
I LOVE getting up at 4:00 AM. Let's me walk the dogs; do a workout; and eat breakfast - three things for ME - all before I start my day. Of course I'm dragging at about 5 PM ...
Hello Tracy, What degree do you have to be able to do online coaching ? Do you think I could start an online business with a bachelors in social work someday ? I love your videos ! They are always so nice to tune into.
Hi Josie. Thank you. Any studies about psychology will prove beneficial in becoming certified and credentialed as a coach. Social Work is no exception.
Tracy I’ve been watching you forever but I don’t think I’ve ever commented. Love your comment. I’m so bad at being clothes for cool skin. Where do you get the majority of your clothes and do you know of a site that sells clothes by the season for skin tone. In the winter it’s so hard to find cool sweaters. Everyone wants to sell mustards
Hi Marcia, I am not aware of a store based on the season. I do have video-sharing shopping tips and the stores I make my purchases from. I encourage you to check it out.
I have a question: how do you keep up with this routine madam? I have tried this in the past for months or an entire year (5am to be precise) and I have to wake up at 6am anyways to be at university at 8 (not during this pandemic time, but usually we start at 8 am and have lessons/study time till 7.30 pm)....but even if I have to keep this routine for years, I'm constantly feeling very tired! I find myself yawning by lunch time (I eat and take a walk to wake me up), I need a coffee by 4pm and I get home aroung 7.30-8.00 completely exhausted, I just eat, shower, maybe watch 45 minutes of tv or read a book and then I really need to go to sleep and unless I have to work or study on the weekends, I really practically sleep all weekend long or I'm not able to face the next week (sure, I can get up and go to lessons and work, but I'm a zombie and don't focus or retain anything and I'm not productive at all). This of course means little to no time for myself or to do much around the house, let alone go somewhere with friends, expecially in the evenings!...and I feel constantly stressed out by this routine. It doesn't help at all switching coffee with tea, I also regularly exercise and eat healthy due to some health problems, but the exhaustion and difficulties remain and I don't seem to be able to get used to the whole process, no matter if I wake up by myself before the alarm goes on or if I try to have some quiet time before starting the day. Do you have any tips? How to you manage to go out or go to events in the evenings or being really producitve?
My 16-year-old is my 5th child, so I think I have gotten used to it over the years. Paul gets the notification for the garage door on his phone. I don't have the notification set to go off on mine because, as I've shared, if I get woken, I will struggle to go back to sleep. Paul has no problem falling back asleep.
I cant wait to see your morning/evening routines. I've picked up so many life upgrades from you. The best advice was about eating the same "healthy" meals that you love, limit variety. "life upgrades", nice term 👍
I get up at 4am every day and have for years! I wouldn't trade that hour and a half of uninterrupted time for anything.
Tracy, I had a headache for several weeks; it may have been related to a virus because I never get headaches.

Love story time with Tracy 💗

But I keep doing my usual routines, doing my workout, admin work and working on my new home based business, and looking for a new job. I agree thr earlier I get up, the better my day usual goes. You are successful in your business and personal life and it shows 💜💜💜
Such a pleasure to have found you and your channel. I look forward to all of your videos. Listening to you talk about your 30 year marriage and how you both were on the same schedule / routine and obviously shared values is so very important. Love your stories and congratulations !
Thank you Diane!
I absolutely love your chit chat videos.. I could listen to you talking about anything for hours ❤️
I love her content! This is quality UA-cam!
Thank you for sharing, Olivia. Keep up the great work and positive outlook, even though you have a lot on your plate.
I also get up at 4:00 am
I don't have to work anymore, but I still get up early. I make my coffee and get the news of the day. I love morning and can't have it any other way !
I love these chitchat videos. These are the kinds of Tracy videos that I miss.
Excellent story
Love your personal stories. Love that people sought your services coming to their houses/businesses. Brilliant 👏 idea.
Outstanding Great Stories
I really enjoy the chit chat videos! I get up at 4:45 everyday and do my workout and get going. It’s great. Love ya, Cindy🌻💗
Thanks for sharing, Cindy! Have a GREAT week!
Tracy, every time I listen to you, I feel so uplifted and inspired. You put out such a positive attitude and good example. ☺️💕
Greetings from South Africa! I love your content. Thank you for the great life lessons.
I'm up at 5am. I go to the gym and workout and I prefer this as the gym is far too busy at night. Thanks for sharing, I always enjoy watching your videos. 😀
I really like this video..... I don’t currently have a sleep schedule but by watching this video it makes me want to establish one.
Absolutely love this chit chat format! I love your content on systems - thank you for sharing!
This video was so interesting.
My partner and I are the opposite! We love staggering our sleep schedule by a few hours. I do think it’s mostly because we’re stuck in a queen bed, and both like to spread out. When we have enough money for a California king it will be lovely to go to sleep and wake up together!
Thank you Tracy. i really enjoyed that!!
This video was my inspiration today!
I get up at 4:00 am too, prayers and mediation but need to get focused on my workouts!! Great discussion! Thanks 😊
Great video as always!
Thank you! For that advice as a stay home mom and working from home 🏡
Good morning! Enjoying my elliptical and Tracy chit chat!
Amazing video can't wait for your walk through your day, maybe two videos for two different days ..... thanks for sharing !!
Thank you, Renae! I truly appreciate your loyal watching and your lovely comments. It's always a pleasure to see your name pop up.
I am admiring how organize you are🌸🌺🌸 I am an early bird, love to wake up early, but my question is how you manage social life? People love to go for dinner or even if you have family or friends over around 7 or 8, will highly appreciate any tips🙏🏻
Great question. You adjust course and have a great time socializing. I love my social life.
Hi Joy! I love the positive attitude. It may not be easy, but as you have witnessed, it's always worth it.
Thank you!
Thank you, Donna! I hope you find the schedule and routine you desire and one that works well for you. Good luck!
Great story. It’s great to see how you were able to adjust your schedule to accommodate what’s important health family work. Letting us know you can fit goals in
I Love you Tracy :) this was beautiful!!
Absolutely love this story time session! You always motivate me to do and be better Tracy. Thank you!
Great video and there are a ton of great takeaways here. I start work later and work from home. However, I absolutely love getting up at 4 am to have my meditation and 2 hour workout completed before the sunrises. I love having my morning coffee to a beautiful sunrise before Starting my workday.
Thank you for taking the time to share.
Love your Channel Tracy, you help me so much in my life.
Loved this video Tracy. My kids start waking up at 6am so I wake at 5am and do a workout but I would like to get up slightly early to fit in a sit down with coffee before the chaos and after my workout. Looking forward to the morning routine x
Your videos are the best!!!
Thank you, Jessica!
Tracy, I’m inspired to be a more productive and organised person . Your nuggets and routine have made my life easier a big Thank you 🙏 love your videos and your positivity.
Thanks Tracy...you are such an inspiration...💖

Hi Tracy. Love all your videos. Very inspiring and very informative. Lots of love from South Africa 🇿🇦
I do too, at 04.am get up and did my work out, etc
Love your content and especially the story videos
@Tracy Hensel do you have a video on what type of rules or expectations you have of your 16 year old (curfews, etc)? We're moving into this phase and would love to hear what you did. Thanks
I have several videos on Parenting. In addition, I encourage you to follow me on Instagram and watch my Stories, as I extensively cover the topic of raising teens with rules and boundaries.
Can't wait to see updated Morning routine 💪💪🙌
If I put on the sports bra, I'm going to work out!
love chit chat from you, always makes me think and learn something I value. Thank you!
I LOVE having that quiet time in the am’s.. I have such a hard time of being consistent with this. I would love some tips and tricks with this..
Hi Tracy! I like your morning/ evening routine vlogs. It is very inspiring👍 greetings from The Netherlands🙋♀️🇳🇱🥰
I really enjoy your videos. Would you share your green smoothie recipe please? It looks so yummy and I’d like to make it for my 9 month old granddaughter. I’m sure she will love it as much as June Bug💖💖
Hi Sheila, thank you for the compliment regarding my videos. Yes, I will try to get that recipe out this week on Stories and the Recipe Tab.
Love chit chat videos keep em coming!!
🙂
Enjoyed the video. 😊
I’m a 5am woman now for two years thanks to you
I’m not even nervous about having a 3rd baby on the way because.
I know what im Capable of.
Thank you so much.
Love this! Keep up the GREAT work!
Curious how you handle evening activities and social events. Do you decline invitations to dinners and parties and community meetings etc. ?
Hi Robyn, generally, no, I don't decline unless it doesn't serve me or my best interest. Like last night when we attended a Super Bowl gathering at my third daughter's apartment, I take the following day as a sleep-in/rest day. Although I work today, my first client isn't until 9 a.m., I scheduled today as a non-workout day and slept in. I woke up around 6:30 a.m.
Not a morning person much. Need to reset my biological clock. I have kids so I need unwind time and prep for tomorrow each night. #LifeGoals
I was waking up at 5 and being very productive but now being pregnant im struggling a lot and would love to hear any suggestions you have 😃
Thank you for your content, it’s always so helpful and appreciated ❤
Blessings!
Speaking of Wine Wednesday, I was thinking of your friend Amy. I hope she is well! Would love to see her again
Hello! In your subscribers email you mentioned you were doing a juice detox. Are you hosting a workshop for that?.... I ordered my juices btw. Thanks!
Hi Ara, I am not doing a workshop. However, last year, I did a Fast, Cleanse, Fast workshop. You can check out the replay tab.
I wish I could get up at 5 am. Due to menopause I have a hard time to get to sleep. Excellent topic 👍🏼
Hello Tracy,
What degree do you have to be able to do online coaching ?
@@TracyHensel perfect. What’s it called?
I’m sure the lights do not help your headache, could be why you would rather coach!
Hello Tracy when your 16 year old comes home late, how do you not wake up? When my daughter comes in late I hear the garage door open and BAM I’m up!
What time on the 17th?
Hi Melanie. The Coffee Time with a Coach is at 10 a.m. EST. Hope you can make it.
