I would suggest you do Security+ after Network+ to solidify your knowledge of the core IT Fundamentals, then follow it with AZ-104 and AZ-500 consecutively.
Hey, I would do both, Google cybersecurity is a certificate program, not a certification, Security+ is a really highly valued entry level certification.
Hi. I'm from biotechnology background with a sufficient knowledge in programming like python, c, perl, and some front-end languages and I've done 2 electives on cybersecurity and cyber forensics. And I'm looking for a career transition towards cybersecurity. Your videos are giving me a really great guidance and support. Even though, I've some doubts regarding which path should I choose to go forward in my career. Can you help me?
I'm so glad to hear that my videos are helping you in your career transition to cybersecurity. It's great that you have a strong background in programming and some knowledge in cybersecurity already! In my community, I answer these types of questions, and we work through finding a focus area in cybersecurity, and the resources and skills you need to add to your portfolio to get there. Thanks queen for the video. As I am aspiring for Cloud SOC analyst, after AZ900, is it Az500 I should get first? or SC-200? Secondly, do I need to spend time on splunk or get some level of splunk certification and skills even when I want to go into cloud soc analyst?
Thank you for your support! I'm glad my videos are helpful. For your Cloud SOC analyst journey, both AZ-500 and SC-200 certifications have their merits. I would start with AZ-900. As for Splunk, gaining some skills in it can definitely give you an edge in the field, but in your case, I would focus on Sentinel since you are going the Azure route.
Congratulations on completing the course! You can tailor your CV to highlight relevant skills. Also remember to continue practicing your skills on platforms like TryHackMe & HackTheBox
cloud is where i want to be after my cybersecurity boot camp completed… i am taking sec+ with in 2 wks. shld i then go for net+ or go into cloud cert? i am new to tech and i am thinking i need to get a better understanding of networking
Hey! Good luck with Security +, let me know how it goes :-) I would do the Network+ training by professor Messer here on UA-cam, but would not actually take the cert, I dont think it as valuable in your case, having the knowledge is really important, but the cert, not so much. Then I would go into cloud education and skills :-)
Good morning @cyber queen. Your going a great job . Help me and find a legit remote cybersecurity internship worldwide, that I can get monthly stipend or I can do it free. I have check myself, I couldn't find any .
Thank you Queen. Thinking about getting to azure cloud security after N+, can I get directly to SC 900 or AZ- 900 and AZ-104?

Hey! The Security + suggestion is a solid one, then you can go directly into cloud security perhaps AZ-104 or AZ-500 directly
@@OmoAfrika thank you. I was deflecting from the S+ because of the cost
Thank you for this! Do we get certificates at the end of the course?
Hey! no cert, this is purely to get knowledge.
Hi , thanks for your videos
My question is about security+ , can I do google cyber security course instead of security+?

Hello I am already invested into the CCNA cert. Can the CCNA cert help me at all in getting a Cyber Security job?
